Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 or more.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Taking out of Existing M.S. Railing 2.00 Meter Long from central verge including Removal of richer mixes Cement Concrete work etc. and disposal of Unserviceable material to the approved dumping ground for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of M.S. Railing within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying CC pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete using cement contain as per approved design mix manufactured in fully automatic batching plant & transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: - Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Disposal of Garbage, building rubbish, earth mixed malba by mechanical transport including loading and unloading and spreading with all leads and lifts upto nearest authorized MCD dumping ground complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Payment will be made on production of MCD receipt for dumping ground MCD dumping Charges if any shall be reimbursed separately on production of receipt).

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro-prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280.The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35( +/-5) degrees to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 :1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Flexible Median Markers shall be made of combination of tough, high impact resistant molded thermoplastic body along with florescent yellow color retro-reflective sheeting with minimum exposed reflective area 285 mm2 and with rebound property. The reflective sheeting should confirm to Type XI Florescent Yellow sheeting as per IRC 67 2012 and ASTM D4956-11. The flexible median marker shall have overall height of minimum 180 mm, body thickness of minimum 2mm and shank depth of minimum 30mm. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be on both sides of the Flexible Median Marker and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage, etc. The edge of sheeting should not come out easily by putting nails, sharp objects etc. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body. The plastics used for the molding the flexible median marker shall have a minimum notched Izod Impact strength value of 4.11J/cm (@thickness 3.17mm) at room temperature, tested in accordance with ASTM D256. The product design has to with stand all natural impacts and should not get damaged if any pedestrian stamp on top of it intentionally or unintentionally. The product should bend up to 90 degree on both sides without breakage or damage. The product shall be provided with 3 year outdoor weathering report as per ASTM & IRC Standards for reflective sheeting with 10 year warranty of reflectivity as per IRC 67:2012.

Credit of old dismantled MS steel/MS Angle/MS Flat/MS Bar etc. received after dismantling at site all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Add Cost Index @ 31.27% except Item no.11 & 12

Less mandatory cut @ 9.50% except Item no. 11 & 12

Add GST @18% (Multiplying Factor 1.0633)
