Drains above 1200mm upto 1800mm in width and all depths / drains upto 1800 mm dia pipes.

Regular (on daily basis) desiltig of PWD's open / covered / pipe / RCC box / brick drains and culverts etc. by deploying labour / supersucker / pumps / jetting machines / any other suitable mechanical means including taking out silt, sludge, building rubbish, earth mixed malba, plastic bags, all type of floating, solid and semi- solid malba/ rubbish and its final disposal to authorised MCD/any other dumping ground as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The rates includes all above operations including taking out silt / floating material / malba / waste materials etc. from the drains / culverts, keeping it adjacent to drains for its drying (if required/ allowed by Engineer-in-Charge), its disposal to any temporary dumping ground to be arranged by agency. (if required/ allowed by Engineer-in-Charge) and its final disposal to MCD/any other dumping ground, as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, all inclusive. ( The cost of disposal of silt / floating material / malba / waste materials etc. from drain side/temporary dumping ground will be paid seperately under agreement item No. 3). Note:- The payment under this aggrement item is for regular desilting of any stretch of drain and will be made once only after its regular desilting for a period of four months and not on monthly basis though the rates indicated in agreement items are for per metre per month. Regular cleaning of bell mouth and numbering of bell mouth is also incuded in this item.

Disposal of silt, sludge, building rubbish, earth mixed malba, plastic bags, all type of floating, solid and semi- solid malba/ rubbish / similar unserviceable dimantled or waste materials by mechanical means/including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any authorized Municipal/ any other Dumping Ground including weighing at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/ rules of the Dumping Ground Management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the authorized Municipal/ any other Dumping Ground. (Processing fees at prescribed rate of dumping ground will be deposited by the agency and shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts). (Payments for disposal under this item will be made on production of original Municipal dumping ground receipts), the agency shall also submit pre & post photograph in soft/hard copy.

Eelctrical Work (Part B) Providing services for routine maintenance & operation of storm water pump sets, DG sets & attending day to day complaints/ minor setting/ cleaning of electrical lighting fixtures, LT panel board & control switchgears of dewatering pump set & DG sets etc. along with cleaning of floating particles like plastic, bottles & other garbage from sump water with the help of essential tools i/c watch & ward of Storm Water Pumping Station situated at various locations by deploying following staff on all days of Month including Sunday & Holidays as per terms & conditions and Inventory attached etc. complete as required..

Comprehensive maintenance of Storm Water Pump Sets (Centrifugal / Submersible / Diesel Engine type) of different capacity complete with electric motor, suction and delivery pipe line, non returns valves, electrical installations like heavy duty change over switches, TPN fuse switch units/ MCCB, starter, cable including dismantling, servicing, repairing, rewinding, overhauling, lowering and lifting etc. as per terms & conditions and Inventory attached complete as required.

Annual Preventive & Comprehensive/ Periodical Maintenance of following DG Sets alongwith engine, alternator, AMF panel, synchronizing panel, diesel tank, fuel pump, isolator, batteries, coil coolers, pipeline and other associated accessories etc. complete with routine testing etc and attending all major/minor faults or failure or complaint complete in all respect & providing at least one Electrical & Mechanical visit and break down visit in a month as required including servicing with B-Check for each DG Set alongwith maintenance and replacement of element assembly, element lub oil filter, Kit fuel filter and ring, kit super bypass, Filter element, Inhibitor, corrosion, air cleaner element, seal O-ring, gasket, rocker lever cover, valve cover, strip test, lubricant/engine oil etc. complete as required as per terms & condition and Inventory attached complete as required. (a) 75 KVA DG Set (Ashok Leyland) - 1 Nos.

Providing services of One Number Inspection Vehicle (model year not prior to 2021) on hire charges basis along with driver inclusive of maintenance of vehicle and expenditure towards POL to routine inspection & monitoring of various Storm Water Pumping Station at different locations on all days of Month including Sunday & Holidays as per terms & conditions & Inventory attached etc. complete as required.

Providing services of experienced Electrician/Supervisor to routine inspection & monitoring of various storm/sewage water pump sets installed in various pump houses at different locations on all days of Month including Sunday & Holidays as per terms & conditions and Inventory attached etc. complete as required. (a) Electrician/Supervisor - 1 No.
