Providing and laying in position of M-20 (1:2:4) reinforced cement, concrate foundation of size 900mm x 900 mm x 3000 mm i/c excavation of earth & Providing cutting, bending & placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 25 mm dia 3000 mm long app.-12 Nos & reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia 3600 mm aprox -20 Nos (spacing 150 mm) as required with positing of foundation volts & providing 90 mm dia HDPE pipe for cable entry & exist as reqd. at site.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Dismantling of 12 Mtr High Mast i/c cleaning of malba etc. as reqd. at site

SITC of Outdoor type totally enclosed weather proof compartmentalised feeder pillar of following sizes and depth not less than 300 mm, fabricated with 2 mm thick CRCA / MS sheet with base frame fabricated from 35 x mm x 35 mm x 5 mm thick MS angle iron suitable for 415/ 500 volts 50 Hz A.C. supply with MS sheet on bottom for taking load of cable gland necessary individual gland plates for cable gland, hinged front openable double leaf door with locking arrangement complete with bus bar chamber having 100 amp TPN Alu. bus bar and the MS cover, covering the MCCB's / MCB's and aluminium strips etc. as reqd. (only MCCB's knobs shall be visible) i/c supplying and fixing the following mounting inside the feeder pillar - interconnections with suitable size Al. bus bar / Copper wire for outgoing and incoming MCB's/ MCCB's/ connector, earthing studs, powder coating/ stove enameled painting after 7 tank treatment process, suitable size CC foundation i/c covering the panel by wiremesh with central lock etc. as reqd (not less than 0.56) (a) Incoming 63 Amp 4 Pole 18 KA MCCB with handle rotary & spreader - 1 No. (b) Outgoing 1).
