Providing services of Water Tanker of capacity not less than 10000 litres on hire charges bases for watering of horticuture features e.g. the plants, trees, shrubs etc. The water tanker should be equipped/ designed to discharge the water through jet nozzle (to minimize the wastage of water) with minimum 50 mtr long flexible pipe for watering plants/ trees etc. for different roads. The water shall be arranged by agency in water tanker (water shall be provided to the contractor free of cost from the STP of PWD located at 100 foota road near phoolmandi) complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge. The rate is inclusive of all above mentioned operations, driver, helper, fuel, lubricant and watering of trees, plants & shrubs etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. (In case water is not available at STP of PWD, actual charge paid by the contractor for water procured from STP of other organizations will be reimbursed.)

Providing services of maintenance van of TATA 407/609, Force TD 2650, Mahindra Bolero Maxx, Eicher Pro 1049 & ISUZU Sartaj Truck model or equivalent of BS-VI model not older than 03 years having provision for installing GPS tracking device. The GPS System shall be provided and fixed by the agency in the maintenance van and further maintenance and operation of the same shall be done by the agency. The maintenance van shall be provided with one supervisor/ mali with smart mobile phone facilities, four beldars with essential tools e.g. Chain saw, Pole chain saw, Axe, Bill hook, rope, fuel for chain saw and pole saw, ladder double stand upto 15' height, hessian cloth, tasla, plastic safety cone, helmets, reflective jackets etc. required for work as mentioned below for carrying out the following activities complete to the satisfaction of Engineer- in-Charge. Note: (1.) The hire charges of maintenance van is on per day basis are for normal working hours of 8.00 Hrs. shift, however the van should be mobilised by the agency in case of urgency /emergency, other than normal working hours within two hours of giving instructions by Engineer-in-charge. (2.) Include cost of services of operating staff/driver, Cost of lubricating oil, diesel/Petrol/Kerosene oil,CNG, other consumables for running the maintenance van, required tools and equipments for carrying out below mentioned works. (a) Daily inspection of roads for observing if any trees are fallen on the road & removing the same by cutting by mechanical saw and loading the branches etc. in the truck/ van & stack the same at the designated place as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Caring of plants including weeding, spreading compost & removing garden garbage.

Extra for Providing services of Maintenance van/truck or equivalent model beyond 08 (Eight) working hours duty (rate is over and above base item)
