Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for plain cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. All works upto plinth level. Note:- Cement content considered in this item is minimum @300 kg/cum. Nothing extra shall be payable on account of design mix specify more than @ 300 kg/cum.

Providing and laying PQC in position with ready mixed M-40 grade concrete for cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying over existing concrete surface as per drawing as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. This shall also include spreading compacting and finishing in a continous operation with provision of contraction, expansion, construction joints, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and Techincal specifications section 602 of MORTH including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Using Oridinary Portland Cement considered as minimum @ 360 Kg/Cum of concreate ) Note:- Cement content considered in this item is minimum @360 kg/cum. Nothing extra shall be payable on account of design mix specify more than @ 360 kg/cum.). The scope of work in the item includes: a) All initial layout and setting out work using a Total station including identification of existing services. b) Supply of all labour, instruments and material such as Total station, other survey instruments, stings, bamboo, mortar, concrete etc. required in connection with the setting out works and establishment of benchmarks and other setting out burjis. c) Ready mix M-40 grade cement concrete transportation and placement of concrete to proper line, level, profile texture, camber and curing as per required gradient etc using T&P as required including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections d) Compaction of concrete at site using pin/screed board/surface viberations & screed finishing the top surface true to line and level as per drawings, including belting and textureing by brooming all. e) Providing all necessary construction, expansion and /or contraction joints in the pavement 20 m wide and 50 mm deep including filling joints with bitumen joint sealant after applying sealant primer and including 12 mm tie bars, 32mm dowel bars, sleeves as per drawing and design or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Cost of fillers of approved types in such joints. f) All traffic safety requirement as specified elsewhere in the tender documents including Barricading. g) All incidental labour, material equipments, and works required to execute the job. h) Any damage/loss to any property, structure, services, persons etc. shalll be made good by the contractor at his own cost. (i) Measurement shall be made for the finished volume of concrete (excluding lean concrete) on the basis of measurement of length, breadth & thickness of concrete.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead,

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Deduct for taking away old Steel items obtained from dismantling / demolishing steel / RCC work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (dismantled material shall be property of the contractor). Old Steel
