Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade. Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm

Stone tile (polished) work for wall lining over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing in white cement complete. 8mm thick. Granite of any colour and shade

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, ( for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre of approved manufacture and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Painting road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete. New work (Two or more coats)

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer- in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and laying cement concrete (M-30 grade) tactile tile such as directional, warning or hazardous (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x60 mm (60 mm base+ (5 mm +/- 0.5 mm) thick raised portion) having water absorption 6% and conforming to IS: 13801, of approved make in all colours (preferably yellow) and shades for footpath laid on 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. (The thickness of wearing layer should not be less than 8 mm) and as per harmonized guidelines and space standards for barrier free built environments for persons with disability and elderly persons issued by ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying tactile tile such as directional, warning or hazardous (For vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300X300X15 mm {10 mm base + (5 mm ± 0.5 mm) thick raised portion} having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours (preferably yellow) and shades for indoor floors such as court yard, indoor floor, multi modals locations etc. laid on 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. as per the harmonised guidelines & space standards for barrier free built environment for persons with disability and elderly persons issued by Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 50 mm wide and 1 mm thick yellow colour self adhesive edge strips of approved make on risers of staircase to help person with visual disabilities and elderly including cutting and pasting complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 25 mm wide high reflective tape of approved make on edges of treads of staircase including cutting pasting etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing building entrance signage/tactile layout/ emergency evacuation layout on the wall or with any other required structure, with provision of multilingual text integral with 4 mm thick blue acrylic base plate with min 0.5 mm aluminum sheet at the back with upper case san serif words made of white acrylic non glare cut out letters of height 15 mm , raised above base plate by not less than 0.8 mm and the equivalent words written in Hindi/any language as required with same specifications with grade 1 Braille to be integral with the sign face and should be raised 0.5 mm above acrylic base plate. Each signboard to be fixed strictly as per the harmonized guidelines & space standards for barrier free built environment for persons with disability, issued by MOUD, Govt. of India, and as per approved drawings and complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:-i) Payment for structure, if required, shall be paid separately.) ii) Size of the signboards shall be proportional to the layout plan of the particular building, min size of the above signboards shall not be less than 1200 mm x 750 mm.
