Engaging Enquiry Clerk at PWD service centre having experience of not less than one year at any pwd/cpwd service centre having worked as enquiry clerk and knowledge of Hindi, English writing and operating computer for day to day maintenance work during normal duty hours by writing complaints, transferring complaints in workers diary and checking the work done by the worker and noting down in the complaint register. He shall prepare daily abstract of complaints done / undone and shall keep laisoning with complaintees complete as per Direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Engaging Supervisor at PWD service centre having experience of not less than five years at any PWD/CPWD service centre having worked as supervisor and knowledge of Hindi, English writing and operating computer for day to day maintenance work during normal duty hours. The supervisor should have elementary knowledge of the works which are carried out at civil maintenance service centres. The supervisor shall assist the junior engineer in his routine works viz. checking of complaints done by the workers, issue of materials to workers, depositing dismantled material, taking various measurements for estimates / contractors work done complete as per Direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
