Providing and laying in position M-20 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 750 mm (L) x 750 mm (W) and 1800 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 12 mm dia -1960 mm long (approx)-8 nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 2800 mm (approx) - 10 nos.(with 150 mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts (as per item below and) and providing 2 no. 90 mm (O.D.) DWC, HPDE pipe for cable entry and exit as reqd.

Providing and laying in position M-20 (1:2:4) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 600 mm (L) x 600 mm (W) and 1500 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 12 mm dia -1600 mm long (approx)-8 nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 2800 mm (approx) - 10 nos.(with 150 mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts (as per item below and) and providing 2 no. 90 mm (O.D.) DWC, HPDE pipe for cable entry and exit as reqd.

Dismantling of existing RCC Foundation i/c excavation of earth and take out from the site and Dispose at different location away from the site etc as required

Fabrication, supplying & fixing single/double galvanized arm bracket of suitable length and dia on the existing pole i/c tightening bolts etc. as reqd. (Design to be approved by Engineer-in-charge)

Supplying and drawing following size of XLPE PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in the existing poles and bracket from cable termination connector to the fitting I/c providing suitable copper lugs connections etc. as reqd. 3 core 1.5 sq. mm

Replacement of existing old fitting by providing energy efficient LED Street light fitting Luminaries of rating 200 watts or more made with high pressure die cast aluminium housing with powder coated with lens, IP 66, suitable for operation on 150 to 265V single phase A.C. supply, having system efficiency 110 luman per watt. or more and colour temperature of 5500 K to 6000 K, CRI 70 with driver having power factor 0.95, THD 10% and efficiency 85% potted driver should be IC Compliance, with minimum 10 KV surge protection, LED life shall be not less than 50000 burning hours, complete etc. cutting the socket from the existing pole bracket including connection testing & commissioning i/c dismantling of existing fitting in good condition and deposit at JE store etc. complete as required

Providing, boring and laying HDPE pipe of 125mm O.D. conforming to IS:4984 - 1995 with pressure rating of 4Kg/Sq.c.m by trenchless technology by using ditch-which machine for no dig method by making bore hole in horizontal direction across the road as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with moling equipment i/c jointing cleaning, roding of pipe, providing, suitable covers on mouth of pipe, excavation of pits of required size at a depth of 1.30 mtrs. to 2.00 mtrs i/c refilling etc. as reqd.

Fabrication, supplying installation testing and commissioning of outdoor type cubical feeder pillar of suitable size not less than 1 mtr. x 1.2 mtr. x 400 mm deep made out of M.S sheet 2 mm thick (14 SWG) duly compartmentalized having 4 strip aluminium bus bar of 200 amp capacity front openable double door with locking arrangement (2 nos. Godown locks in front ), provision for protection from rain, dust, fixed on M.S. angle iron frame work of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm (NS) 90 cm long legs out of which 45 cm duly grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand: 4 stone aggregate 20) and having following accessories mounted inside the cubical panel i/c connection, inter connection with copper lead / strip with thimbles, earthing with two nos. earth studs duly powder coated with seven tank process approved colour complete etc. as reqd i/c supplying & fixing of following accessories including connection, testing etc. as read. a) 100 Amp. 25 KA MCCB 4 pole (ICS =100% ICU) with thermal magnetic release - 1 No. b 63 Amp. 18 KA MCCB - 2 pole - 4 Nos. (With 100 Amp frame size) c) Power contactor (ML-4),3-pole -- 1 no d) Analog timer e) Voltmeter 0-500 volt 96 sq.mm flush type with selector switch-1 set f) Ampere 0-100 Amp 96 sq.mm flush type with selector switch & 125/5 Amp ratio CTs-1 set g) Indication lamps (RYB) with control HRC fuse with fuse fitting-1 set h) Space for SCADA system ( Size 600 mm x 500 mm) i) Suitable space for 3 phase energy meter.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a) 90 mm (OD) nominal size

Supplying and Laying of XLPE ISI Marked, Aluminium conductor armoured cable in the existing pipe as reqd. a) 4 x 16 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5mtr long x 40mm dia including accessories & providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement with salt & charcoal etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required. along with cable. a) 4 x 16 sq.mm
