Fabrication, Supply and erection of flange mounted hot dip Galvanized Octagonal Poles of 3 mtrs. height made from 3 mm thick HT Steel plate, having bottom dia of 130 mm. & top dia of 70 mm complete with window with flash cover at a height of 0.5 mtrs from the base for cable termination block etc. and galvanized base plate of size 200mm x 200mm x 10mm thick on existing cement concrete pedestal as required i/c supplying and fixing of the following in the window box providing for cable termination: - a) Supplying and fixing 6 mm thick laminated mounted sheet inside the window mounted on and i/c providing and welding 3 nos. G.I strips 4mm thick of suitable length and having 10 nos. suitable size tapped holes as reqd. b) Supplying and fixing of 63 Amp termination block suitable links -5 nos. On DIN channel I/c pdg. and fixing DIN channel of suitable length - 2 nos. on the existing laminated sheet. c) Supplying and fixing 6 Amp 10 KA, SPMCB,'C' Characteristics Curve - 1 nos. Earth stud 1Nos. Welded at suitable height two nos. washers, springs & nuts i/c foundation bolt M 16 x 500mm (J type ).

Providing and laying in position M-24 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 750 mm (L) x 750 mm (W) and 1800 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 12 mm dia -1960 mm long (approx)-8 nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 2800 mm (approx) - 10 nos.(with 150 mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts (as per item below and) and providing 2 no. 90 mm (O.D.) DWC, HPDE pipe for cable entry and exit as reqd.

Providing and laying in position M-20 (1:2:4) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 600 mm (L) x 600 mm (W) and 1500 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 12 mm dia -1600 mm long (approx)-8 nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 2800 mm (approx) - 10 nos.(with 150 mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts (as per item below and) and providing 2 no. 90 mm (O.D.) DWC, HPDE pipe for cable entry and exit as reqd.

Fabrication, supplying & fixing single/double galvanized arm bracket of suitable length and dia on the existing pole i/c tightening bolts etc. as reqd. (Design to be approved by Engineer-in-charge)

Fabrication, supplying & fixing single galvanized arm bracket of 300mm length and suitable dia to be fixed on the top of 3 mtr. high pole i/c tightening bolts etc. as reqd. (Design to be approved by Engineer-in-charge)

Fabrication, supplying & fixing four armed galvanized bracket of suitable length and dia on the top of 4 nos. 12 mtr. high octagonal pole i/c tightening bolts etc. as reqd. (Design to be approved by Engineer-in-charge)

Supplying/Laying/Fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE Al. Conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe/Duct/Surface of Flyover as per instructions of The Engineer-in-Charge as reqd. a) 4 x 16 Sq.mm

b) 4 X 25 Sq. mm

c) 2 X 16 Sq. mm

Replacement of existing old fitting by providing energy efficient LED Street light fitting Luminaries of rating 200 watts or more made with high pressure die cast aluminium housing with powder coated with lens, IP 66, suitable for operation on 150 to 265V single phase A.C. supply, having system efficiency 120 luman per watt. or more and colour temperature of 5500 K to 6000 K, CRI 70 with driver having power factor 0.95, THD 10% and efficiency 85% potted driver should be IC Compliance, with minimum 10 KV surge protection, LED life shall be not less than 50000 burning hours, complete etc. cutting the socket from the existing pole bracket including connection testing & commissioning i/c dismantling of existing fitting in good condition and deposit at JE store etc. complete as required. Providing, boring and laying HDPE pipe of 120mm/125mm O.D. conforming to IS:4984 - 1995 with pressure rating of 4Kg/Sq. c.m by trenchless technology by using ditch-which machine for no dig method by making bore hole in horizontal direction across the road as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with moling equipment i/c jointing cleaning, roding of pipe, providing, suitable covers on mouth of pipe, excavation of pits of required size at a depth of 1.30 mtrs. to 2.00 mtrs i/c refilling etc. as reqd.

Fabrication, Supplying and installation of outdoor type cubical feeder pillar of suitable size not less than 300mm deep made out of M.S. sheet 2mm thick (14 SWG) duly compartmentalised having 4 strip busbars of 100amp capacity double door with two nos. godown locking arrangement for protection from rain, dust, duly fixed on M.S. angle iron frame work of size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (NS) 90 cm long legs out of which 45 cm duly grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand :4 stone aggregate 20 mm) and having following accessories mounted inside the cubical panel i/c connection, inter connection with aluminum thimbles, earthing with two nos. earth studs duly painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of superior quality enamel paint complete etc. as reqd. Supplying & Fixing of following accessories in the existing cubical panel board/feeder pillar including connection testing etc. as reqd. a) 150Amp. 16KA MCCB, Three pole with neutral link- 1 No. b) 100Amp. 16 KA MCCB, Three pole with neutral link-3 Nos. c) Voltmeter 0-500 volt 96 sq.mm flush type with selector switch. d) Ammeter 0-100 Amp 96 sq.mm flush type with selector switch & 100/5 Amp ratio CTs. e) Indication lamps (RYB) with MCB control. f) Power contactor 3 pole, 60 A, 415 volt (MNX-40/similar make). g) Astro timer- 01 No. h) Danger notice plate. i) Space for SCADA System

Fabricating, Supplying & Fixing wire mesh protection frame work made out of 40 mm x 6 mm thick angle & "T" strengthened with intermediate members of MS flat iron of size 30 mm x 5 mm thick welded at a distance of 30 cm horizontally & vertically and duly welded with wire mesh of size 75 mm x 25 mm made with 6 SWG wire mash of size 75 mm x 25 mm made with 6 SWG wire on all sides and top i/c providing and fixing of double door gate with double locking arrangement ( Two Nos. sliding bolts and One No go down lock) having 0.5 mtr. long legs of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick angle iron, duly grouted in cement concrete foundation ration 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate), up to suitable depth painting with one coat of red oxide & Two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approval colour and shade etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required. a) 63 mm (OD) nominal size (OD=63 mm, ID=51 mm)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and lying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I wire in 15 mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode i/c connection with G.I thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing alongwith the existing surface/recessed conduit/Submain wiring/Cable etc. as required.

Dismantling and reinstallation of existing High Mast Pole 30 mtr. high with help of crane etc. (location Seelampur Flyover) i/c dismantling of fitting and reinstallation of fitting and reconnection etc. after the installation of pole including making necessary RCC foundation with J bolt, Nut, Washer, TMT bars, DWC Pipe for cable entry complete etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 4 way connector to be fixed in existing pole box suitable for upto 35 sq.mm cable i/c connection, thimbling, insulating, complete etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 6 Amp SP MCB 'C' Curve to be fixed in existing pole Box with thimble, tape, connection complete etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of PVC pole box cover of suitable size with screws to cover poles boxes of existing poles of height 8 mtr./10 mtr./12 mtr. situated in scattered location complete etc. as reuired
