Periodic servicing of Magneto CleanTech Electrostatic air purification system installed at Hon’ble High Court to maintain the AQI level in conjunction with the Central Pollution Control Board (as per govt. notification). The work involved removing all four stages of the air purification system installed inside the AHU, shifting to the plant room (basement) for thorough cleaning. The detailed process involves cleaning of all four stages with warm water along with mild solution, and completes drying of the polozier needles with dry cloth and thermocol. Ensuring the impingement and agglomerate stages of the air purification system are fully dry with the blower. Reinstalling the air purification units as per the OEM recommendation / standards so that there is no air leakage happen during reinstallation process. Run the system for 15 minutes without providing the power supply to the air purification unit. The frequency of cleaning is twice a month. Total 352 air purification units are installed at A-block, Extension block, New Court building:-352x12=4224 Job

Comprehensive Annual maintenance of Magneto CleanTech Electrostatic air purification system installed at A-block, Extension block and New Court building of Hon'ble Delhi High as per annexure-I to maintain the AQI level in conjunction with the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) including repair and replacement of unserviceable spare parts and routine preventive maintenance along with other associated accessories as per terms and condition attached and also as per direction of E-n-c. The scope of work consisting of providing tools and tackles, spares parts, equipment’s, non consumables items as required for smooth and uninterrupted working of the complete system etc as required. The system for Performance Guarantee Air Cleaner should have following parameter (as per govt. notification) PM 2.5 -24hours average =60 µg/m3 ,PM 10 - 24 hours average =100 µg/m3 ,Co2 ppm – Fresh air Link, TVOCS- 0-1 mg/m3, O3 ppb – 8 hours =100, SO2 µg/m3 -– Annual =50, 24 hours =80, No2 µg/m3 -– Annual =40 , 24 hours= 80 Pb µg/m3 – Annual = 0.50, 24 hours= 1.0 CO µg/m3 - 8 hours = 02, 1 Hour=04 NH3 µg/m3 – Annual =100, 24 hours =400 ,PM 1.0 efficiency over 90% as per ISO 16890 and test dust as per ISO 15957. Supply of Magneto Granular Activated Carbon Filter(MGACF) duly applied in Magneto central airpurification system being installed at Hon’ble HighCourt to support the clean air as advised by the BMC andin line with the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB)supply of ACF for the total 352 air purification units thatare applied at A-block, Extension block, New Courtbuilding of Delhi high court, and also as per direction ofE-n-c. Magneto Granular Activated carbon filters arehigh performance proprietary offering that works byadsorbing gaseous pollutants and contaminants from theair. Over time, the pores of MGACF are loaded withthese pollutant substances, reducing its effectiveness. Once in a year replacement ensures that the filter maintains its adsorption capacity and continues to effectively remove malodors, gases, VOCs (volatile organic compounds), and other gaseous pollutants from the air.
