Providing and stacking of Ficus benjamina (green) of height 120-135 cm. with 6-8 branches and lush green foliage in g. bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Calliandra hybrida of height 75-90 cm. with 4-5 branches in bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Ficus reginald well branched, bushy of height 60-75 cm. in earthen pots of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Hamelia patens of height 30-45 cm. with3-4 branches in poly bags of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Nerium oleander (kaner) of height 45-60 cm. with 3-4 branches in poly bags of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Tabernaemontana coronaria (Chandni single) of height 45-60 cm. in earthen pots of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Tecoma gaudichaudi of height 45-60 cm. in earthen pots of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Providing and stacking of Thevetia nerifolia of height 30-45 cm. with 3-4 branches in poly bags of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Providing and stacking of Bougainvillea (Variety Butiana, Lady Mary Baring, Mahara,Mohan,Scarlet Queen, Variegated, Glabra Formosa, Peruviana Odissi, Paratha, Subhra,Thimma, Spectabilis L.N Birla, Refulgens) of height 30 cm. to 45 cm. with 2-3 branches in 20 cm size of Earthen pots / Plastic pots & as per direction of the officer-in-charge. (Note:- Name of the variety to be planted shall be get approved from Engineer-in-Charge)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)

Holes 90 cm dia, and 90 cm deep.

Holes 45 cm dia, and 45 cm deep.

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cast of plant & water)

Supply and mixing vermi compost in 50 Kg HDPE Bags

Supply and installation of seasonal plants @ 25 cm c/c in plan area at designated locations consisting of plant variation as Pentas, Desi Vinca, Cosmos, Ixora Thai Dwarf, Ixora Singaforensis, Loropetalum 8', Petunia, Salvia, Dwarf, Dianthus, Marrigold, Jaffri, Chrysanthemum etc or equivalent. The plant should be healthy and full of foliage when planted. Note: Name of the variety of plants shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge on seasonal basis.

Less Credit for used pot of size upto 20 cm Earthen/Plastic Empty Pots as per direction of Officer-in-charge.

Less Credit for used pot of size upto 25 cm Earthen/Plastic Empty Pots as per direction of Officer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

PART-B (MAINTENANCE) Complete maintenance & Watering/irrigation of entire green belt features i.e., shrubs, hedges, flower beds, foliages, creepers, lawns etc. consisting of following activities: - 1. Hoeing, pruning or shrub/hedge, Hedge Cutting, mowing of green belt, grass cutting, bush cutting etc. 2. Removal of weeds from soil 3. Removal of green belt waste, silt, malba, Plastic waste, bottles, and other solid waste, dumped by general public in green belt area, sweeping waste deposited in green belt, top dressing of green belt area, 4. Supply & application of manure, herbicides, fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides as per requirement so as to ensure dense greenery as well as dense flowering, as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (Minimum 2-3 applications per year are mandatory). 5. Supply and filling of underground tanks with irrigation water from STP (Delhi Jal Board or equivalent) through tanker of capacity 10000 ltr. on PWD Roads i/c central verge and both side of the road. The tanker should be fitted with adequate capacity motor and the outlet system of water should be through 1.5"inch dia. RH pipe supplemented with shower attachment (for Slope/green belt/central verge etc.) to reduce water usage and prevent spillage. The water tanker should be equipped with GPS system. 6. Providing Maintenance vans and dumpers for removal of Malba/Garden waste etc. The garden waste has to be disposed off in authorised dumping yard of Municipality. any charges paid as fees to authorised dumping yard shall be reimbursed seperately pn production of proof. 7. Providing Road safety devices for carrying out work in Medians and Footpaths for proper traffic diversions and Safety. 8. Cost of removal of fallen trees, branches in the stretch after cyclone, strom, rain, pruning (pruning to be paid seperately) etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 9. The fallen tree so removed shall be the property of Engineer-in-Charge. Such fallen trees, branches shall be handed over to the representative of Engineer-in-Charge at a location, as directed by him. Note: Inventory of new plants/shurbs shall be submitted by agency on Monthly Basis. Maintenance of these plants will be done free of cost by the agency for next one month.

Complete maintenance & Watering/irrigation of tree area kutcha basin (having only tree and no other shrubs etc.) consisting of following activities : - 1. Complete maintenance of trees, jobs like making of basin at regular interval,application of fertilizer etc, (incliuding the cost of material and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) as per direction of officer in charge.2. Removal of weeds from soil3. Removal of waste, silt, malba, Plastic waste, bottles, and other solid waste, dumped by general public, sweeping, top dressing of area in tree area basin, 4. Supply & application of manure, herbicides, fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides etc., as per requirement and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 5. Irrigation of plants with water from STP (Delhi Jal Board or equivalent) through tanker of capacity 10000 ltr. The tanker should be fitted with adequate capacity motor and the outlet system of water should be through 1.5"inch dia. RH pipe supplemented with shower attachment to reduce water usage and prevent spillage. The water tanker should be equipped with GPS system. The contractor shall submit route map for proper and effective irrigation and the same shall be monitored through GPS. Cost of any charge/fees paid for buying STP water included in the quoted rate. 6. Providing Maintenance vans and dumpers for removal of Malba/Garden waste etc. The waste has to be disposed off in authorised dumping yard of Municipality. Any charges paid as fees to authorised dumping yard shall be reimbursed separately on production of proof.7. Providing Road safety devices for carrying out work in tree area basin for proper traffic diversions and Safety.8. Cost of removal of fallen trees, branches in the stretch after cyclone, strom, rain, pruning (pruning to be paid separately) etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 9. The fallen tree so removed shall be the property of Engineer-in-Charge. Such fallen trees, branches shall be handed over to the representative of Engineer-in-Charge at a location, as directed by him.

Pruning, trimming, shaping of trees /shrubs (ht 15 feet and above) i/c removal of cut materials upto 50mt. Lead, as per direction of officer in charge. T&P shall be arranged by the contractor

Add Labour Cess @ 1 % (Except Item No. 24, 25 & 26)
