Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of sectionalised cubical type floor/wall mounted front operated,double door, dust & vermin proof panel of suitable size made out of not less than 2mm thick CRCA sheet with Powder coated paint having seven tank process of approved shade & colour i/c providing suitable numbers of swtichgears, busbar,auxiliary swtiches, 2 nos. eartrh studs,visual indications, relays, contractors,timers of suitable capacity for automatic operation of pumps on 415 V, 3 phase 50 Hz Ac supply as per IP 42 i/c connection interconnections as per specifications comprising of following. I : INCOMER SECTION a) 4 Strip colour coded Aluminium bus bar of 600 A capacity of suitable length extended throughout the panel complete etc. (1 Set) b) Sq. panel type digital voltmeter 0-500 V with rotatory selector switch ( 1 Set) c) RYB phase indicating L.E.D lamps with HRC fuses & toggle switch (1 Set) d) 400 A, 50 KA, 4 Pole Thermomagnetic release MCCB suitable for panel mounting (1 Set) e) 400 A, 50 KA, 4 Pole Changeover suitable for panel mounting (2 Set ) f) Sq. panel type digital ammeter 0-400 A with CT's & selector switch ( 1 Set) II : OUTGOINGS SECTION a) 125 A,36 KA,3 pole Thermomagnetic release MCCB & Locking arrangements at the starting of the outgoing for electrically driven pump (4 Nos) b) 63 A, TP MCB & Locking arrangements at the starting of the outgoing for electrically driven pump (8 Nos) c) Sq. panel type ammeter 0-300 A with CT's & selector switch ( 2 Set) d) RYB phase indicating L.E.D lamps with fuses & toggle switch ( 2 Set) e) Automatic star Delta starter for 40HP Pumps with push button & on/off indication but without no volt coil under voltage trip but with overload & single phase preventer (2 Nos) f) Necessary alarms,visual indicater etc

Supply and fixing of 400 amps. rating of 3 phase ON Load Change Over Switch with sheet steel enclosure suitable for operation on 440 Volts 50 HZ AC Supply and fixing on the wall with fixing accessories i/c testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of 1.5 HP 440 Volt, submersible Borewell pump se Suction and Delivery 25 mm x 25 mm in the existing sump i/c cable lowering making connection as reqd. i/c removing and dismantling the old pump se t with testing and commissioning etc complete in all respect as reqd.

SITC of single-Phase DOL submersible starter in the existing panel/fixing on the wall surface suitable for upto 1.5 HP pump-set having current rating 6.5A-11A relay rang, AC-3 duty i/c drilling holes, connections, testing complete etc. as reqd.

Fabrication, supplying, installation, testing & Commissioning of Indoor type cubical type panel of upto 300 mm depth made out of 2mm thick(14 SWG) CRCA MS Sheet having detachable gland Plates, floor mounted, compartmentalized , front operation, dust & vermin proof duly powder coated with proper locking arrangement complete with 400 Amp. TPN high conductivity aluminum alloy bus barwith DMC/SMC supports, continuous earth bar, interconnections, connections and providing & fixing of angle iron stand made out of 50mm X 50mm X 6mm thick M.S. Angle iron to suit the size of feeder pillar with 4 nos. 50 cms. legs grouted in cement concrete duly painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of superior quality enamel paint etc. as reqd at site. (To be fabricated from CPRI approved fabricator.)

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB/TPN/SPN MCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders & associated switchgears in the above cubical panel board/TPDB including drilling holes in cubicle panel, fitting strips for MCB ,making connections, etc. as required. a) 400 A, 50kA, FPMCCB with thermal release & terminal spreaders

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS pipe conforming to IS 3589/IS 1239 including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required : a) 32 mm dia

c) 250 mm dia (wall thickness 6.3 mm)

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of non-return valve of following sizes confirming to IS: 5312 complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc.as required : a) 150 mm dia

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of Gate valve of PN 1.6 rating with bronze/gunmetal seat duly ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets conforming to IS 13095 of following sizes as required : a) 150mm dia

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) a) 4 way (4 + 12), Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. a) Single pole

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. a) 63 amps

Supply and fixing of 8mm dia steel rope with submersible pump in the existing bore well with all accessories etc as reqd complete at site.

Supplying and fixing flat submersible copper conductor cable 3 x 2.5 sq.mm i/c complete connection etc, as reqd. i/c dismantling the existing copper wire etc.

Repairing, Servicing, Re-location and Re-installation of 20/25 HP Pump/Motor from one location to other location within the distance of 10 km i/c connection, testing and commissioning of above said motor/pump etc as reqd complete at site.

Repairing, Servicing and replacement of 20/25 HP Pump/Motor of SHM series i/c suppling and fixing of new impeller, pressure plate, gland plate for pump, bearings, coupling etc, fixning of pumps and motors on base frame as reqd complete at site.
