1. Daily inspection of roads for observing the deficiencies mentioned below and rectification as per time shedule of scope of work. (i) Damaged Carriage way / NMV / Footpath / Central verge / Side verge. (ii) Missing manhole covers. (iii) Chocked bell mouths / Kerb Channel. (iv) Water logging if any. (v) Obstruction in the Carriage way /NMV / Foootpath. 2. Preparation of daily report 3. Keeping the roads free from unauthorized banners, posters, hoardings, flex boards unauthorizedsingle legged.two legged.two legged,overhead signage or advertisement boards anywhere in the ROW of the roads either in Central Verge, Footpath etc. 4. Keeping the drains free from floating material. 5. Relocation of dislocated grills, railings, manhole /drain covers and kerb stone. 6. Cleaning of road side low height manually accessible fixture and fitting including supporting structures. 7. Filling of pot holes on carriageway, materials shall be supplied by department at free of cost. 8. Other minor / petty repair works for which material to be paid under relevant items. 9. Removal of unclaimed malba, construction waste etc. from Road side and disposal of at temporary collection site of sub division / Division.

Providing the service for supervisor, having knowledge of road maintenance and civil work, equipped with Motorcycle, android mobile, conversant in Hindi and English for daily inspection/Supervision of roads under the jurisdiction of PWD Sub Division-3 of Division C&ND-R as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (No extra payment will be admissible rate are inclusive of all expenses).

Providing services of JCB for removing of unauthorised encroachment garbage / malba / from the roads / dumping ground / JCB fitted with power hammer including the cost of POL, Driver, Supervisor all complete for 8 hours / day duty as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services of mobile crane for lifting of RCC Drain blocks, Vehicals, heavy materials, crash barriers and cleaning of carriageway etc i/c cost of POL,Driver, Supervisor all complete for 8 hours/day duty as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services of Diesel Truck /Dumper /Hyva /platform of 20 tonne capacity for carriage of R.C.C. drain blocks and other mise dismantled material etc. i/c cost of POL, Driver, Supervisor all complete for 8 hours / day duty as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
