Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of LED street light fixture with IP 66 & IK 07 protection pressure aluminium die cast housing capable of delivering following nominal system lumens output with a minimum system efficacy Greater than equal to 120 lumens /watt and a CRI greater than 70 . The luminaire shall have a life class of 50000 hours @L70 for a design ambient of 35 deg C . The inbuilt electronic driver shall operate at power factor .95 of CCT 5700K minimum internal surge protection of 4 KV with toughened glass /polycarbonate cover LM 79/80 certification to be provided by the manufacturer for LED luminaire /LED chip .complete etc with suitable connection as reqd. i/c dismantling (if any) of existing fittings.

Fabrication, Supplying and installation of outdoor type cubical feeder pillar of suitable size not less than 300mm deep made out of M.S. sheet 2mm thick (14 SWG) duly compartmentalised having 4 strip busbars of 100amp capacity double door with two nos. godown locking arrangement for protection from rain, dust, duly fixed on M.S. angle iron frame work of size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (NS) 90 cm long legs out of which 45 cm duly grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand :4 stone aggregate 20 mm) and having following accessories mounted inside the cubical panel i/c connection, inter connection with aluminum thimbles, earthing with two nos. earth studs duly painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of superior quality enamel paint complete etc. as reqd. Supplying & Fixing of following accessorries in the existing cubical panel board/feeder pillar including connection testing etc. as reqd. (For Street Light Poles) a) 100 Amp. 16 KA MCCB - 3 pole- 1 No. b) 63 Amp. 1 6 KA MCCB 3 pole- 4 Nos. (With 100 Amp. frame size) c) Voltmeter 0-500 volt 96 sqmm flush type with selector switch. d) Ammeter 0-100 Amp 96 sqmm flush type with selector switch & 100/5 Amp ratio CTs. e) LED type indicating lamp RYB Phase-- 3 Nos. f) Power contactor 3 pole , 40 A, 415 volt (MNX-40/similar make). g) Astro timer- 01 No. h) Danger notic plate.

Supply of energy efficient LED flood light luminaries aluminium die cast housing minimum system efficacy more than 120 lumens /watt with accessories on the existing lantern of High Mast/ Street Light pole with help of tower wagon/hydra including connection with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable complete with suitable connection etc as required i/c dismantling (if any) of existing fittings.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 600 mm.(L) X 600 mm. wide and 1200 mm. deep i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12 mm. dia- 1360mm long (approx)- 8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia - 2200mm (approx) - 10nos. (with 150mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts (as per item below) and providing 63 mm. (O.D) DWC, HDPE Pipe for cable entry & exit as required. (For 7 & 8 Mtr Pole)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.1. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 26 mm X 5 mm G.1. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
