Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in over head at a height of upto 16 mtrs between street light pole etc as required. i) upto 35 sq mm

Supplying and fixing of not less than 220 mm xn 290 mm x 120 mm ,IP 66 ,weather proof thermoplastic cable end box(having cable entries Knockouts) for outdoor application, comprising of factory made heavy duty connector termination( Rated Connected capacity minimum 35 sqmm) ,Din rail,6 A SP MCB,cable glands suitable for 3.5x 35 sqmm / 4 x 25 sqmm and fixing the box to the pole at a height upto 12 mtrs etc as required.

Supplying & erection of flange mounted hot dip galvanized (min 65 micron) octagonal poles of 10 mtrs. height made from 4 mm thick HT steel plate having bottom dia of 200 mm & top dia of 100 mm complete with window sleeve type cover/door (flush with exterior surface and shall have suitable locking arrangement) at a height of 0.5 mtrs from the base for cable termination block etc. and galvanized base plate of size 320 mm x 320 mm x 20 mm thick complete etc as reqd. Provision should be provision should be provided in the bottom compartment to mount PVC/Bakelite sheet along with connectors for cable looping and single pole MCB to isolate individual luminaire.

Supplying & erection of flange mounted hot dip galvanized (min 65 micron) octagonal poles of 8 mtrs. height made from 3 mm thick HT steel plate having bottom dia of 135 mm & top dia of 70 mm complete with window sleeve type cover/door (flush with exterior surface and shall have suitable locking arrangement) at a height of 0.5 mtrs from the base for cable termination block etc. and galvanized base plate of size 225 mm x 225 mm x 12 mm thick complete etc as reqd. Provision should be provision should be provided in the bottom compartment to mount PVC/Bakelite sheet along with connectors for cable looping and single pole MCB to isolate individual luminaire.

Supplying & fixing of Galvanized Overhang 1000mm long bracket made from 48.3 OD ERW pipe for street light Octagonal pole of following arms etc. as reqd. The design shall be approved engineer in charge. i) Double Arm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Pdg. & making RCC foundation of following size with M.20 grade concrete with foundation bolt set 750 mm x 24 mm dia J-Bolt for reinforcement along with centering & shuttering i/c anchor of size M 16 along with template suitable for 10/12 mtr pole complete with excavation the soil & refilling ramming, curring etc as reqd of size 500mm x 500mm x 1000mm (800 mm below ground level & 200 mm above ground level) (The foundation drawing shall approved by the Engineer-in-charge)

Pdg. & making RCC foundation of following size with M.20 grade concrete with foundation bolt set 600 mm x 20 mm dia J-Bolt for reinforcement along with centering & shuttering i/c anchor of size M 16 along with template suitable for 8 mtr pole complete with excavation the soil & refilling ramming, curring etc as reqd of size 500mm x 500mm x 1000mm (700 mm below ground level & 300 mm above ground level) (The foundation drawing shall approved by the Engineer-in-charge)

Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MV compartmentalized type outdoor type double door cubical feeder pillar panel, having front area not less than 1.6 sqmtr. having 300 mm depth, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with 300 Amps rated 4 strip aluminium busbar, free standing totally enclosed dust and vermin proof, suitable for operation on 3 phase 415 V, 4 wire AC supply system, having suitable cable entry arrangement with detachable gland plates, duly powder coated, interconnection with suitable size aluminium strips / bars connections, earthing labelling, quarter turn knobs, etc. with cable chamber, busbar chamber conforming to section-4 of CPWD specification for Electrical works part IV Substation 2013 etc., complete with fixing of panel on MS stand of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick and 1000 mm height angle iron framework grouted 500 mm deep in CC foundation i/c painting of MS frame work with synthetic enamel paint etc. as reqd. (a) Incomer = 250A 4P MCCB, 415V, 36 kA (Icu=Ics), with Thermal Magnetic release (b) Metering compartment: Digital Multifunction meter (having basic parameters: Amps, Volts, W/VA, KWh /KVAh ) set of CTs - 1 Set b) Phase indicating lamps(LED type) with toggle switches, control fuses etc. - 1 set (c) Outgoings: )250 A Power contactor three pole with 415 volt AC supply - 1 Nos. b)125 A TP MCCB, 415 V, 25 kA (Ics = Icu), with adjustable thermomagnetic release - 3 Nos. c) 63 A TP MCCB, 415 V, 25 kA (Ics = Icu), with adjustable thermomagnetic release - 3 Nos. d) Astronomical time switch capable of automatic switching On & OFF of street lights at sun set & sun rise or twilight (Auto ON, Auto OFF) in feeder pillars / Lighting DBs for three phase supply - 1 No. e) GI earth strip of suitable size to full width of cubicle panel with two earth studs at the ends as required - 1set f) Anodised aluminum MV danger notice plates and phenolic labeling as required - 1set

Fabrication, Supplying, & fixing of wiremesh protection frame work fabricating with 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick M.S. angle iron & T iron of 40 x 40 x 6mm thick i/c providing & fixing wiremesh of section 75 mm x 25mm of 8 SWG shall have the legs of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6mm of length 15cm and is to be grouted in cement concrete (1:2:4) foundation. This frame work is to be fixed around the various electrical & mechanical equipment & appliances which should have the door on one side with interlocking arrangement & all frame work is to be painted with two coats of red oxide, primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour & quality etc, as reqd.

Pdg & fixing 24 SWG corrugated GI Sheet on the top of the roof existing wiremesh enclosure with the help of 'J' hooks etc complete as reqd.

Painting of 12/10/8 mtr height GI street pole and mounting bracket with two or more coats of aluminum paint of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade. etc complete as reqd.

Credit OLD/Unserviceable Dismantled material i/c dismantling the same. i) Defective/Unserviceable LED fitting
