Filling the gap in between aluminium / stone/ wood frame and adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone/ wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum work by providing weather/structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete, complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540-F & ISO 11600

Upto 10 mm depth and 10 mm width

Upto 20 mm depth and 20 mm width

Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account).

Providing and supplying Spandrel Glass Panels comprising of 6 mm thick heat strengthened monolithic float glass of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade so as to match the colour and shade of the IGUs in the vision panels etc. ,all complete for the required performances as specified, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified, and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (but excluding the area of grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm.(Payment for fixing of Spandrel Glass Panels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of relevant Item*). (i) Coloured tinted float glass 6mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. . The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement.

Fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to ten storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Cost does not include the cost of scaffolding material. (Material for scaffolding like M.S. tubs, M.S. tube challies, M.S. Clamps bracings, runners, connection and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. shall be supplied free of cost by the department. (Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done. etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing & Fixing Window handle 4 hole (Left/Right) as per sample available in SD-I of make ebco, doorset, godrej or equivalent including necessary screws etc. completer as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Credit for unserviceable/ dismantled aluminium scrab complete as per the Direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Add 15.69% as cost index on DSR 2016 on Item No. 01 to 05

Less 9.50% as per Delhi Govt. Circular on DSR 2016+C.I.
