Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

Supplying and Fixing of Compactors/optimizer storage system as per the approved layout plan. Each configuration have following type of blocks – Single Static (SS), Single Last (SL),Twin Mobile(TM) – 1 body having Rigid Knock Down construction made out of 0.8 mm thick CRCA Steel of grade D or DD conforming to IS: 513 Grade. Each unit has 5 loading levels formed by 4 nos. adjustable shelves of approved make. Body units are bolted to undercarriage. Each Body shall be of size Depth 450 mm, Width 900 mm, Height with undercarriage and rails 2195 mm (2030 mm body + 100 mm undercarriage + 65mm channel system). The bodies including shelves are given antirust surface treatment & are powder coated with epoxy polyester powder. Final finish consists of epoxy polyester powder coating of approved color & shade with a Dry Film Thickness of minimum 40 microns. Shelves are made of 0.8 mm thick CRCA steel of grade D or DD conforming to IS: 513. Its maximum load bearing capacity is 50 Kg uniformly distributed per shelf. Shelves are mounted on support brackets & shelf level can be adjusted at approx. 25.4 mm pitches. There are 4 adjustable shelves per body giving 5 loading levels. The Undercarriage is a welded frame made of HR sheet 3.15 mm thick conforming to IS:10748 suitably fabricated to take the loads based on configuration. The undercarriage, after pre-treatment, is coated with final finish consisting of epoxy polyester powder coat of approved color & shade with a Dry Film Thickness of minimum 40 microns. Movement of units is achieved mechanically through Sprocket Chain Drive system provided with a Drive Wheel System. Guide Channels are provided which consists of ‘J’ section of 2mm thick HR sheet & 25 mm solid bright bar – both connected by screws. A Centralized locking arrangement is provided through Locking Stiffener mounted onto back of Single Last unit so that it gets locked on channels when all the units are brought together. The Recess handle lock is placed at suitable height. This arrangement occupies a space of 90.0mm. Each movable units have locking knob near the drive wheel for manual locking of individual units when a person is using those units. Knob shall be rotated to unlock position when units are to be moved. Label holders for indexing shall be made of 2 mm thick clear transparent acrylic sheet of size 150 mmx 100 mm on each units. The work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's specification as well as drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
