Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Cutting of Hedge/Edge/Shrubs including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering, manurcing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge.

Providing and stacking of Azadirachta indica ( Neem ) of height 120-130cm in big polybag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Bauhinia purpurea (Kachnar) of height 150-165 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Cassia fistula (Amaltash) of height 120-135 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Ficus infectoria (Pilkhan) of height 150-165 cm. in big polybag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Calliandra hybrida of height 105-120 cm., well branched, bushy in big size HDPE bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Hamelia patens of height 30-45 cm. with 3-4branches in poly bags of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Tabernaemontana coronaria (chandni variegated) of height 45-60 cm. with 3-4 branches earthen pots of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Bougainvillea (Variety Butiana, Lady Mary Baring, Mahara,Mohan,Scarlet Queen, Variegated, Glabra Formosa, Peruviana Odissi, Paratha, Subhra,Thimma, Spectabilis L.N Birla, Refulgens) of height 30 cm. to 45 cm. with 2-3 branches in 20 cm size of Earthen pots / Plastic pots & as per direction of the officer-in-charge. NOTE: Name of the variety to be planted shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge.

Market Rate Items Disposal of building rubbish/malba/ similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting and unloading the same at C & D Waste Management Site near Jahangir Puri Safai Karmchari Quarters at Burari Plant, including weighing at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/ rules of the Plant Management. The rates are inclusive of all operation, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C & D Waste plant. (Processing fees at prescribed rate of C & D waste Management plant will be deposited by the agency and shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts). (Payments of this item shall be made on production of original Municipal dumping ground receipts).

Providing services of Water Tanker of capacity not less than 10000 litres on hire charges bases for watering of horticulture features e.g. the plants, trees, shrubs etc. The water tanker should be equipped with GPS System and designed to discharge the water through jet nozzle (to minimize the wastage of water) with minimum 50 mtr long flexible pipe for watering plants/ trees etc. for different roads. The water shall be arranged by agency in water tanker complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge. The rate is inclusive of all above mentioned operations, driver, helper, fuel, lubricant, GPS and watering of trees, plants & shrubs etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. (Payments of this item shall be made on production of original receipts or verified details of treated water received from STP of Delhi Jal Board).

Providing services of maintenance van of TATA 407, Force TD 2650, Eicher Pro 1049 & ISUZU Sartaj Truck model or equivalent of BS-VI model not older than 03 years having provision for installing GPS tracking device. The GPS System shall be provided and fixed by the agency in the maintenance van and further maintenance and operation of the same shall be done by the agency. The maintenance van shall be provided with one supervisor/ mali with smart mobile phone facilities, four beldars with essential tools e.g. Chain saw, Pole chain saw, Axe, Bill hook, rope, fuel for chain saw and pole saw, ladder double stand upto 15' height, hessian cloth, tasla, plastic safety cone, helmets, reflective jackets etc. required for work as mentioned below for carrying out the following activities complete to the satisfaction of Engineer- in-Charge. (1.) The hire charges of maintenance van is on per day basis are for normal working hours of 8.00 Hrs. shift, however the van should be mobilised by the agency in case of urgency /emergency, other than normal working hours within two hours of giving instructions by Engineer-in-charge. (2.) Include cost of services of operating staff/driver, GPS, Cost of lubricating oil, diesel/Petrol/Kerosene oil, CNG, other consumables for running the maintenance van, required tools and equipments for carrying out below mentioned works.

Daily inspection of roads for observing if any trees are fallen on the road & removing the same by cutting by mechanical saw and loading the branches etc. in the truck/ van & stack the same at the designated place as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Caring of plants including weeding, spreading compost & removing garden garbage.

Extra for Providing services of TATA 407 van/truck or equivalent model beyond 08 (Eight) working hours duty (rate is over and above base item)

Supplying and stacking of Cocopeat at site in block form all complete as per direction and sample approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing services of Mali for various horticulture work including necessary T&P for 8 hour per day duties as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing unskilled labours for horticulture work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
