SH - IV (Operation of Lifts at Punjab Kesari FOB and Tri Nagar FOB on Road No. 37) Providing services of trained and experienced lift operators for 10/13 Passenger Machine room less lift installed at foot over bridge in two shifts (from 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM) on all working days of the month including Sundays and holidays including daliy cleaning and up keeping of lift, its pit, lift shaft etc as per attached terms and conditions etc as required complete at site for following locations: - a) Punjab Kesari FOB - 02 Nos. lifts (one lift at each side) Staff required - 01 No lift operator in each shift at each lift (Shift from 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM)

b) Road No. 37 FOB (Near Shamshan Ghat, near Kanhiya Nagar Metro Station) - 02 Nos. lifts (one lift at each side) Staff required - 01 No lift operator in each shift at each lift (Shift from 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM)

Sub Head - V (Maint. Operation Pumps, Underpasses, RUB and FOB) SH: - A (Underpass and Drain - During Monsoon Season) Round the clock operation and routine maintenance of sub-station equipments, D.G. Set, electrical installation, dewatering pump sets i/c watch and ward of electrical installation installed at various RUB & underpasses as per detail ( 10 Nos. locations) on all working days of the month including Sunday and holidays as per terms and conditions attached and direction of Engineer-in-Charge etc. as required. Staff Required - 01 Operator round the clock in each shift and at each location & Khallasi 01 No in General Shift at Each Location Locations: - Shalimar Bagh Underpass, Ashok Vihar Underpass, Prembari Pul Underpass, Zakhira Maint Pump, Zakhira Tin Shed, Lawrance Road Pump House No 1, Lawrance Road Pump House No 2, Raja Bagh RUB, Wazirpur Drain, Rani Bagh Drain

SH: - B (Underpass and Drain - During Summer & Winter season) Round the clock operation and routine maintenance of sub-station, D.G.Set, electrical installation, dewatering pumpsets i/c watch and ward of electrical installations installed at various RUB & underpasses as per detail in Annexure-II (10 Nos. locations) on all working days of the month including Sunday and holidays i/c proper cleanliness of all Electrical Equipments etc as per terms and condition attached and direction of Engineer-in-Charge etc. as required. 01 Operator round the clock in each shift and at each location. Locations: - Shalimar Bagh Underpass, Ashok Vihar Underpass, Prembari Pul Underpass, Zakhira Maint Pump, Zakhira Tin Shed, Lawrance Road Pump House No 1, Lawrance Road Pump House No 2, Raja Bagh RUB, Wazirpur Drain, Rani Bagh Drain

SH: - C (Subways & FOB) (During Monsoon, Summer & Winter season) Operation and routine maintenance of electrical installation, dewatering pumpsets installed at various subways/cycle track & FOB’s as per details (15 Nos. locations of FOB/Subways/Cycle Track) on all working days of the month including Sunday and holidays by providing wireman with valid wireman licence along with bike (for swiftly movement from control office to other/sites) and valid driving liecnece for monitoring and rectifying all EI complaintsas per terms condition attached and direction of Engineer-in-Charge etc. as required by provding following staff- Wireman- 1 No ii) Khallasi - 1 No Site Details: - Rohini Court Subway, Saraswati Vihar Subway, Wazirpur Subway, Britania Subway, Shastri Nagar Subway, Inderlok Subway, Cycle Track at Shalimar Bagh RUB, Raja Bagh RUB, Punjab Kesari FOB, Shalimar Bagh FOB, Shakurbasti FOB, Rani Bagh FOB, Netaji Subhash Palace, Tri Nagar FOB and Sarai Rohilla FOB

SH: - D (Desilting) Cleaning of existing sump & channels of RUB/underpasses/ dranis and subways by removing of mud, mortar, silt, garbage and other foreign material with suitable mechanical/pneumatic/some other appropriate mean and collecting the same at suitable place etc. with proper garbage collecting equipments along with safety of man and equipment complete as required and maintaining the cleanliness all the time during rainy season.

Disposal of mud, mortar, silt, garbage from the site to approved municipal dumping garbage yard or assigned by the department upto a lead of 15 KM by means of mechanical transport including loading, unloading etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Lifting of following size sewage submersible pump set from the UG tank/sump of depth upto 8 m with the help of chain pulley i/c dismentling of delivery line, cutting of rusted fastners if required during dismantling of delivery line & disconnection of starter etc. as reqd complete at site. a). 10/12.5/15 HP

Removing of silt/garbage/polythene/jute/trapped foreign material from monoblock openwell sewage submersible pump impeller with suitable tools, disposing of removed silt at appropriate place and cleaning of impeller with clean water etc as required complete at site.

Rewinding of following size 3 phase motor 4 pole/2 pole of sewage submersible pump set with rewinding kit of insulated copper wire i/c varnishing baking, nomex paper and gasket set, lubricant oil, bush bearing/shaft sleeve/thrust bearing/seal(whatever required) etc i/c credit of old dismantle material etc as reqd. a) 15 HP

b) 10 HP

Lowering and installation of following size of sewage submersible P/Set in the UG tank/sump of depth upto 8 m with the help of chain pulley block i/c connection of delivery line, fixing of fastners and connection of starter etc. i/c testing & commissioning as reqd complete at site. a). 10/12.5/15 HP

Supply and fixing of 8mm steel rope with submersible pump in the existing bore well with all accessories etc as reqd complete at site.

SITC of Flat Three Core PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed coper conductor suitable for open well submersible pump etc as required complete at site. a) 6 sq. mm

SITC of fully automatic star delta stater suitable of 15 HP sewage submersible pump with current range from 22 to 30 amp suitable for operation on LT AC supply, 50 Hz frequency, starter with overload relay, short circuit protection, amperemeter & voltmeter etc as required complete at site.

SITC of fully automatic star delta stater suitable of 20 HP sewage submersible pump with current range from 22 to 30 amp suitable for operation on LT AC supply, 50 Hz frequency, starter with overload relay, short circuit protection, amperemeter & voltmeter etc as required complete at site.

Repairing of Existing 15/20 HP Submersible Pump Starter by replacing following faulty parts i/c credit of worn out material etc as reqd complete at site. a) Thermal overload relay Range (9-15)A
