Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 350 mm.(L) X 350 mm. wide and 700 mm. deep i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12 mm. dia- 850mm long (approx)- 8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia - 1000mm (approx) - 10nos. (with 120mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 63 mm. (O.D) DWC, HDPE Pipe for cable entry & exit with nut bolts as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of wire mesh protection frame work fabricating with 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron/Tee iron having intermediate members of size 25mm x 6 mm flat strip welded at 30 cm in each sections & duly welded with hard drawn wire fabric mesh of size 25 mm X 75 mm (GI wire should be 6SWG) having weight not less than 7.5 Kg/Sqmtr. and making main door gate provided with two nos. sliding bolt with 02 nos. godown inter locks with operating hadle welded from inside of the door i/c providing and fixing of four no. legs of same angle size of 90 cm length duly grouted in foundation (30 x 30 x 45) cm (deep) in 1:2:3 cement concrete & painting with one coat of red oxide & two coat of super synthetic luminous paint of approved colour and quality etc. complete as complete as reqd. {Area of hard drawn wire fabric with angle (Except legs) shall be measured for payment}

Fabrication, Supplying installation testing and commissioning of MV double door feeder pillar type totally enclosed compartmentallized cubical panel board of size 800mm width x 800 height x 300mm deep (NS) dust and vermin proof made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet painted with powder coating of approved shade having 150Amp, 4 Strip aluminium bus bar with heat shirinkable coloured sleeves & DMC/ SMS bus bar supports with 2 Nos. godown locking arrangement. The feedar pillar shall be installed on MS angle iron frame work of 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick (NS) angle iron frame work 1Mtr long to be grouted in CC foundation of 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement, 2 Coarse Sand, 4 Stone Agreegate) all the sides below the feedar pillar should be covered with brick work masonary work i/c plastering, painting with enamel paint etc. i/c providing & fixing following electrical accessories, cable and terminate on with brass compression gland aluminium thinable/ Lux of all incoming & outgoing aluminium conductor cable control wiring & interconnection with suitable rating FRPVC insulated copper wires earthing the body danger notice plateand entire panel shall have a common earath bar of required size at the rear with 2 Nos earth studs etc complete as required supplying & fixing of following accessories in the existing cubical panel board/feedar pillar including connection testing etc. as reqd.

(With 100 Amp. frame size) c) Voltmeter 0-500 volt 96 sqmm flush type with selector switch. d) Ammeter 0-100 Amp 96 sqmm flush type with selector switch & 100/5 Amp ratio CTs. e) LED type indicating lamp RYB Phase-- 3 Nos. f) Power contactor 3 pole , 40 A, 415 volt (MNX-40/similar make). g) Astro timer- 01 No. h) Danger notic plate.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
