Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Decorative type LED Post Top made out of pressure die cast aluminium housing, PMMA diffuser is provided for glare free lighting with 3 Nos. casted aluminium arms fixture shall be powder coated / PU painted in approved colour with aluminium jali in the bottom of fitting of having following features: Total system lumen output should be minimum 6000, Luminous efficacy ≥ 100 lm/watt, CCT = 2700-3000K, CRI≥80, Surge protection device ≥ 4KV, IP 66 housing, electronic driver, as per specification given in terms and conditions etc. complete as required. As per drawing / picture attached. Figure C Variation in size of fitting may be allowed ±5%. (Sample shall be approved before supply from Engineer-in-Charge.)

Supplying and laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheated/XLPE aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in existing HDPE/GI pipe etc as reqd.

Providing, boring and laying HDPE pipes (ISI Marked) of 120 mm O.D. confirming to IS:4984-1995 as amended upto date with pressure rating of 4 Kg/Sq.c.m by trench less technology with no dig method by making bore hole in horizontal direction across the road as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with mouling equipment i/c jointing cleaning, roadding of pipe. Providing, suitable covers on mouth of pipes, excavation of pits of required size at a depth of 1.30 mtrs. to 2.00 mtrs. [For Road Crossing].

Fabrication, Supplying and Installation of outdoor type cubical Feeder Pillar of minimum front area 1.5 sq.mtr and depth not less than 30 cm, made out of M.S. sheet 2mm. thick (14 SWG) duly compartmentalized having 4 strip aluminum bus bar of 200 Amp. capacity double door with locking arrangement for protection from rain, dust, duly fixed on MS angle iron frame work of size 50mm. x 50mm. x 6mm. (NS) 90 cm long legs out of which 45 cm duly grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 stone aggrete 20mm) and having following accessories mounted inside the cubical panel board i/c connection, interconnection with aluminium thimbles, earthing with two nos. earth studs duly painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of superior quality enamel paint complete etc. as required. a) Supplying and fixing of following accessories in the existing cubical panel board / feeder pillar including connection testing etc. as required. b) INCOMER: 1 No. 100 Amp. 415 Volts 4P MCCB of 30 KA (Ics = Icu = 100%). c) METERING: 1 Set of Digital Voltmeter (0-500 V) 96 sq.mm. flush type with selector switch.

d) 1 Set of Digital Ammeter (0-100 A ) 96 sq.mm. flush type with selector switch & 100/5 Amp ratio CTs. e) 1 Set of 3 Nos. LED phase indication lamps (RYB) with 2 Amp. SP MCB. f) OUTGOINGS (BUS BAR - A) g) 2 No. 50-63 Amps 415 Volts TP MCCB of 16 KA (Ics = Icu = 100%). h) 1 No. 70 Amp. TP Power contactor (ML- 4 AC-3 rating of equivalent ) i) 1 No. Astro Timer j) OTHER ACCESSORIES k) Provision for space for Inter face unit (SCADA Unit and energy Meter). l) 2 Nos. Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm).

Dismantling of existing Pole of 6mtrs. height at ring roads along with all accessories etc. complete as required with the help of hydra/long boom crane and heavy duty machine and shifting to same at location decided by Engineer-in-Charge i/c breaking of existing concrete foundation, making it at ground level,removal of malba from the site and dumped it to safe place from the site etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Superior quality LED flexible Strip Light of IP 65 protection, showing Tri-Colour (National Flag) LED Strip for fixing on the existing 10/12 mtrs. Height street light poles (above 2.5 mtrs. of ground level and upto bracket of pole) wrapping around the pole at spacing of approximately 150mm complete with suitable electronic driver and good quality connector with the help of suitable PVC tie/clips by using necessary T&P including connection, testing etc. complete as required. (Note: Warranty 2 years for luminaries and drivers i/c cleaning of the existing pole and dressing of the cable to be done properly before fixing the LED Strip).
