Operation and day to day general and preventive maintenance of electrical installations and compound/security lights alongwith allied fixtures & feeder pillars etc. including repairing the wiring and lighting fixture complete with carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of the electrical installation, lodging of electrical complaint in the complaint register, testing the insulation resistance, earth resistance etc and providing assistance to the Engineer-in-Charge during breakdown maintenance complete with replacement of worn-out parts issued by the department to the contractor & keeping the entire installation on functional mode including running maintenance & operation and general upkeep of various capacity drinking water supply pump sets in different location along with sluice / gate valves etc. to fill up over head water tank for timely delivery of water supply and carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of pump house and maintaining log book for above installation & keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying skilled staff and Khallasi in general shift on all working days of the month excluding Sundays & Holidays, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and as per terms & conditions attached etc as required.

Providing services for routine Maintenance & Operation of 5 Nos various capacity passengers lifts and 10 Nos. Escalators installed at Tis Hazari Court, Extension Block, Delhi in general shift on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holidays, as per following for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of passenger lift & Escalators providing immediate assistance during emergency situation. The lift operator should be adequately trained & experienced for providing above mentioned services, as per Terms & Conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required. a) Lift Operator – 5 Nos (In general shift), b) Escalator Operator - 1 no (In general shift), c) Khallasi – 2 Nos. (In general shift - 1 no. for Escalator and 1 no. for Lift)

Providing services for One Number skilled and experienced Internet & CCTV Engineer in shift duty to be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge for all the services installed at Tis HazariCout Extension Block on all days of the Month excluding Sundays & Holidays, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and as per terms & conditions attached etc as required.

Operation and day to day general and preventive maintenance of VRV type Air Conditioner plants installed at Tis Hazari Court Extension Block alongwith associated accessories and switchgears etc. and carrying out day to day cleaning of outdoor and indoor units as and when required. Periodical checking of above installation, keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying AC mechanic cum operator in general shift on all working days of the month excluding Sundays & Holidays, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and as per terms & conditions attached etc as required.(Total Installed Capacity 954 HP)

Payment of overtime to the lift operators for operation of passenger lifts beyond duty hours and also on Sunday & holidays, as per Terms & Conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required.
