Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Single pole

Supplying and fixing of Following sizes PVC Round Sheathed Multi Core Industrial Flexible unarmoured Copper conductor Cable in the surface of wall/ceiling/ in street light poles etc with the help of suitable size clamps etc complete as reqd i/c less credit back old wornout dismantle material.

a) 3 core 1.5 sq. mm

Supplying, laying and fixing of following size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade in the existing RCC/ HUME / METAL i/c less credit back old wornout dismantle material.

a) 4 x 25 sq.mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of floor mounting double door minimum 300mm depth with locking arrangement front and rear openable, totally enclosed, compartmentalized, dust, vermin proof and outdoor type Feeder Pillar (IP54) fabricated out of 2mm thick cold rolled carbon annealed, sheet steel, with 300 Amp 4 strip AL. bus bar, cable alley on both sides, powder coated paint of approved shade after 7 tank cleaning process and 2 nos 25x5mm G.I strips throughout the width of feeder pillar consisting two earth studs on each strip complete with provision for incoming and outgoing switchgears including making connections/ inter connections with lugs/ thimble for switchgears and control wiring with 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable, including providing 50mm X 50mm X 6 mm thick (NS) 90 cm long legs out of which 45 cm duly grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( Drawing shall be got approved from Engineer-incharge before fabrication etc complete as required.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supply & fixing of following accessories in the existing cubical type M.S. panel board i/c drilling holes in cubical panel, making connections etc as reqd.

Digital Ammeter, 36 mm sq. CT operated with Selector switch 1 set, CT's of Suitable ratio, VA burden and accuracy of class 1.0

Digital Volt Meter (0-500 V) 96 mm. Sq. with Selector Switch-1 Set

LED type indicating light (RYB)

Supplying & Fixing of 110A 3 Pole ML-6 Power contactor in the existing panel i/c dismantling of burnt outcontractor and credit buy back of the same etc complete as reqd.

Supplying & replacement of Electronic Digital Timer in the existing panel i/c dismantling of burnt out Timer and credit buy back of the same etc complete as reqd.

Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Surveying the site, taking exact size of existing pole window box and then supplying & fixing of hot dip galvanised MS pole window cover with sleeve type arrangement of minimum width 100 mm thickness 3 mm on existing pole whose cover is missing i/c welding of sleeve around pole in ring pattern ,providing and fixing 2 Nos. allen bolt of suitable size as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note- Sample must approved before installation at site)

a) For upto 12 Mtrs. Octagonal Pole

Fabricating supplying and fixing wiremesh frame work made out of 40x40x6mm thick angle iron having 40x6mm flat strip & wiremesh 6 swg dia m.s wire with 25mmx75mm space in between mesh & top covered for rain protection by 16 SWG MS Sheet and making main door gate having suitable locking arrangement with godown lock (Frame size shall not be more than 60 cm x 90 cm) i/c grouting with cement concrete & primer and spray painting with super synthetic enamel paint of approved colour quality etc as reqd.

Making hole for taking out the connection wire for making connection of LED street light at Half height of poles with the help of gas cutter/welding machine with the help of Tower wagon i/c finishing the sharp edges etc complete as reqd.
