i) Trees for 250 no./(up to 4 & up to 3 year Slow & Fast growing group)

Complete Maintenance of Shrubs (Outside garden features), jobs like making of basins at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc., (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge.

Cutting of hedge/edge removing of cut materials, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc. (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge.

Providing and wartering of irrigation water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, wartering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Providing services of GPS enabled CNG maintenance Van for 9:00AM to 5:00 PM (i/c 30 min. lunch hours) with three nos male labour and one no Male Mali, TATA 407 SFC gold / Mahindra Bolero Pickup 3264 /Tata Yodha Pick up 3150/Isuzu D Max/Eicher 2049 Pro with driver having valid registration and BS VI Emission Norms duly painted with approved colour ( as per indicative photograph only attached ) and size as per manufacture’s specification with hydraulic loader for PWD roads with required T&P (Chain Saw, Pole Chain Saw, Axe, Bill Hook, Rope, Fuel for chain saw and pole saw, Ladder double stand up to 15’ height, Hessian Cloth, Tasla, Plastic safety cone with rope attachment system, Helmets, Traffic , Jacket (with reflective PWD logo for all worker & Driver)regulation torch, Work in progress boards of size 2.5' x 4' with reflective tape.) as and when required in day and night. The Driver should be equipped with smart mobile phone with internet & day to day data transfer mobile phone facility all are inclusive in per day rate.

All person on duty shall wear uniform with PWD logo and will follow all safety norms of transport/ traffic to attend urgent roads and buildings related complaints as and when required, as per direction of Officer-in-Charge. ......The Service of Maintenance Tempo for all the Roads & Office buildings including day to day compliance report of compliants with GPS Camera app & removal of garden garbage of roads, removal of fallen trees, (Wood received from fallen tree shall be deposited in godown/Nursery of Sub Division office) tree pruning etc./buildings including all lead & Lift by himself at approved MCD Dumping ground (for this nothing will be paid extra), otherwise recovery at the double rate shall be done in bill. Attendence of driver and labours will be marked by face recognized Biometric Machine, The GPS system and Biometric Machine will be fixed by the Department and charges of GPS system will be beared by the agency amount will be recoved from the bill of Agency. The access of GPS system will be with representative of Engineer in charge.

Pruning (as per required) of trees above 15' height from the ground level at the road side and central verge etc. with help of Tower wagon and other necessary pruning tools (Chain saw, pole saw and other required tools), removal of pruned branches leaves etc. by mechanical transport mini truck capacity 3 tone (Tempo Tata 407) i/c loading, unloading upto all leads & lifts. Minimum Labour for pruning 3 nos. helpers and one no. Mali to be arranged by the contractor during execution of work, pruning should be done as per as per direction of officer in charge all complete (as and when required) tower wagon will be required for Independence day, Republic day and other VIP routes /for public complaints.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). (80% excavated earth shall be used)

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) : Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20 mm

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Supply ofvermi compost in 50 Kg HDPE Bags and application/spreading in green area as per manufactures specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
