Providing and fixing to existing door frames.

30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Hot finished welded type tubes

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, all complete as per the architectural drawings, with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Polished Granite stone slab of all coloured and texture except Black, Cherry/Ruby red

Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS: 8183. Density 16 kg/m³, 50 mm thick, wrapped in 200G Virgin Polythene bags placed over existing false ceiling and held in position by criss-crossing GI wire.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer- in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50grm/per liter, of approved manufacture and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour :

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50grm/per liter

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :

Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with "S" or "P" trap including dismantling of old WC seat and "S" or "P" trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Orissa pattern W.C Pan of size 580x440 mm

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x9.8mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require:

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall

25 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.

20 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Providing, erecting, maintaining and removing temporary protective screens made out of specified fabric with all necessary fixing arrangement to ensure that it remains in position for the work duration as required by the Engineer-in-charge.

Wooven PVC cloth

Providing and fixing of external wall system on Light gauge steel frame work with outer face cement boards as per standard sizes fixed with self- drilling / taping screws / fasteners @ 60cm c/c of approved make. A groove of 2 mm to 3mm shall be maintained and grooves shall be sealed with silicon based sealant. The board shall be fixed in a staggered pattern. Screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4 mm thick or 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45 mm and. Internal face 12.5 mm thick gypsum plaster board fixed on cement board as per standard sizes fixed with self- drilling / taping screws / fasteners @ 60cm c/c of approved make, proper taping and jointing to be done using fiber mesh tape and epoxy and acrylic based jointing compound for seamless finish.(cost of frame work to be paid for separately)

Outer face: Outer face having 6mm thick fiber cement board fixed on 9mm thick fiber cement board, Type A, as per IS:14862:2000 (high pressure steam cured) Inner Face :- 12.5 mm thick gypsum plaster board conforming to IS 2095:2011 fixed on 8 mm thick fibre cement board confirming to IS:14862:2000 of type B (High pressure steam cured)

Providing and installing prefabricated sandwich PUF Panel comprising of on two faces PPGL galvalume) colour coated0.5mm TCT sheet and CFC free close cell, high density rigid Polyurethane foam of high density (40 ± 2 kg/m3) having a thermal conductivity value of 0.023 w/mk and of required thickness sandwiched between the two galvalume sheets. The outer & inner galvalume sheet of 0.50 mm TCT steel 550 Mpa shall have a coating mass of 150 g/sqm zinc aluminum alloy coating total of both sides as per AS 1397 and finished with 20microns colour coating of SMP polyester quality paint perAS/NZS- as 2728:1997 (Category-3) over a 5 micron primer on exposed side and a backcoat of 5 microns on inner side over a5 micron primer. The panels should be of required length and required width with maximum width up to 1190mm with tongue & groove configuration. The prefabricated panels shall be fixed directly to the girth using self drilling fasterners. The metal sheet shall confirm to IS: 513.. AS-1397&2728. The polyurethane insulation shall confirm to IS: 12436. The rate include cost of flashing/ridges/ corner pieces/ hips etc. made of0.5 mm TCT PPGL (Galvalume) steel sheet in required shape and size including all accessories required to complete the work The rate of the item is inclusive of all materials, erection essories, incidental charges, cost of dash fasteners etc cost of making provision for doors, windows, ventilators. and concealed pipes, conduits and support for electrical and sanitary appliances etc. and other incidental charges as per sample. For payment finsihed puf sandwitch panels shall be measured upto half centimetres for calculating area upto two places for decimal. No deduction shall be made for opening upto 0.20 sqm and no extra payment shall be made for wastage.

For Roof panels with 50 (50/80) mm thick Roofing panels having finished with 0.50mm thich TCT Galvalume Hi-Ribsheet on outer side and 0.50 mm

Providing and fixing in position 10 mm thick Multiwall microcell polycarbonate (clear) ceiling (UVresistant with interlock pannel and shall have a grip lock doble loking macenism end cap / aluminium U- mprofile with EPDM rubber for ends weight of pannel shall not be less than 3.25 kg/sqm and 1000 mm in with antiglare sofit colour etc . complete at all height and approved make and colour as per direction of thr Engineer -in -charge
