Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying vetrified tiles in floor (thickness not less than 10 mm), of approved make, in all colours, shades of any size not less than 600 mm X 1200 mm as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in floor and steps over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing with epoxy grout mixed with pigment of matching shade complete along with spacers. Basic rate of tile shall not be less than Rs. 80 per sft.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (thickness not less than 10 mm), of approved make, in all colours, shades of any size not less than 600 mm X 1200 mm as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing with epoxy grout mixed with pigment of matching shade complete along with spacers. Basic rate of tile shall not be less than Rs. 80 per sft.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm widex1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37 mm, at 1200 mm centre to all as per manufacturers’ specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per drawing and specification and direcentre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm diax40mm long with 6 mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.5mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5 mm at 450mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm diaX230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre, with 25mm long drive-all screws @ 230 mm interval ,including fixing of gypsum board/calcium silicate board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5x25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the gypsum board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board,

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint havingVOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm. Over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing partition upto ceiling height or as required at site consisting of MS frame made of tubes 40mmX40mmx2mm @ 1.0 mtr centre to centre both ways and MS flat braces of 25mm wide x 2 mm thick suitably placed to take screws of board. The MS frame work is to be laid over by the HDMR board 8 mm thick on both sides. The HDMR board shall be finished with layer of 1 mm thick laminate on both sides, making over all thickness of partition as 58 mm. The 58 mm thick edges of partition shall also be finsihed in HDMR board and laminate as above. The cost of item includes MS partition, HDMR Board ,Laminate and all allied materils like Screws, Fasteners , lugs, base plates,nails, Fevicol all complete including manufacturing, assembling and installation as per directions of engineer in charge all complete. The payment shall be made by measuring only one side of elevation area.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Second class teak wood

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick factory made shutters of pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board with one side decorative finish and other side balancing lamination conforming to IS: 12823 Grade I Type II, of approved design and edges sealed with water resistant paint and lipped with aluminum ‘U’ type edge beading all-round the shutter, including fixing with angle cleat, grip strip, cadmium plated steel screws including fixing of aluminum hinges 100x63x4mm etc. Complete as per architectural drawing and directions of Engineer- in-charge (cost of ‘U’ beading and hinges will be paid for separately)

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservoir, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For vertical surface two coats @ 0.70kg/Sqm

For horizontal surface one coat @1.10 kg per sqm.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
