Replacement of defective/unserviceable Rest Post with lockable arrangement of existing Fortuna Make boom barrier completeetc as required.

Providing of MS Base plate of size 350mm x300mm with bend on the edges by 30mm through CNC machine and having 4 Nos machine holesincluding priming and powder coating of the complete plate by using PU quality primer and paint or hot dipped galvanized the thickness of plate should be minimum of 5 mm for existing Fortuna Make boom barrier

Replacement of damaged Micro controller based Control-Board controller having programming LED display and user interface for the local programming through soft touch buttons /mounted on the controller housing to control DC brushless motor operations for adjusting arm angle, open/close speed, amperometric sensing, auto- close function etc compatible with the Existing Fortuna Make boom barriers

Replacement of defective/unserviceable front cover of Existing Fortuna Make boom barriers. The cover shall be made from minimum 3mm thickness M.S. sheet, bend on the edges through CNC with machined holes for the lock installation and finished with hot dipped galvanization and powder coating with suitable RAL shade etc as required.

Replacement of defective/unserviceable Power supply unit 24 V 10 Amp of Existing Fortuna Make boom barriers . The PSU shall be enclosed in a SS housing with industrial grade heat sinks on the main board to dissipate/absorb excessive heat and further protection using high quality ceramic fuse at the input circuitetc as required.

Replacement of existing old & defective LED Luminaries with SITC of Decorative LED Luminaires of 70 to 75 watt post top (BIS certified luminaire with BIS certificateof proposed model ) for Urban lighting, body made of painted spun aluminum, The protector is made of polycarbonate grade UVresistant IK 09 ( Confirm by IS10322 report fromThird party NABL approved lab) Permanently sealed optical compartment with IP66 protection.( Confirmed by IS10322 report from Third party NABL approved lab) Luminaire offers tool free access to gear compartment with IP65 protection( Confirmed by IS10322 report from Third party NABL approved lab) .Minimum Luminaire dimensions of 545* 550 mm . Luminaire can be installed as a suspended luminaire. The luminaire is equipped with PMMA lenses with wide photometry for increased pole spacing. The luminaire is provided with disconnector to avoid electrical shocks. Easy access to control gear compartment by opening special latch kind of arrangement .The luminaire is provide with Inbuilt autocutoff arrangement to save from abnormal power fluctuation.Fixture is having external surge protection of 10KV. Electronic driver is havingpower factor0.90*, THD20*% and input voltage range from 120-227V AC at 50Hz. Minimum Luminaire efficacy is 120 lm/ watt system lumen 13200 lumen (Confirmed by LM79 report from Third party NABL approved lab) in CCT range of 3000, CRI80 (Confirmed by LM79 report from Third party NABL approved lab) Luminaire is suitable for operating temperature (Ta) from -20 to 50c. Comprehensive maintenance of Fortuna make Boom Barrier Gate upto 6 Mtr Aluminum arm with following features like Aluminum Arm shall be 5mtr length when lowered position, The arm shall be provided with Powder Coated white paint and Red Reflecting Tapes, 2-4 Seconds max. opening time/closing time, 100% DUTY cycle, Brushless DC Motor, Manual Operation in case of power failure, Amperiometric sensor for the motor to reverse on coming in contact with any object/obstruction etc as required.
