Providing dumper / truck having capacity 8 tonne to 12 tonne with driver, helper and POL etc. at site in running condition, on hire basis for carriage of C&D waste/ malba / building rubbish / demolished matrial etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of hire charges of dumper/truck, cost of fuel, mobil oil, driver and helper. (Deployment of one dumper/truck on 8 hours duty per day will be treated as one day)

Providing services of light mobile crane/man lift crane with driver and POL etc. at site in running condition, on hire basis for a day of eight working hours for lifting of vehicles, heavy materials, crash barriers etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of hire charges of light mobile crane, cost of fuel, mobil oil and driver (Deployment of one light mobie crane on 8 hours duty per day will be treated as one day).

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

Deployment of casual labour at site for removal of C&D waste/malba/ garbage/ silt / unclaimed material, cleaning and opening of bell mouth, cleaning of kerb channels /railing and removing unauthorized encroachment/ vendors during the encroachment drive with STF/MCD, uprooting of vegetation and loading, unloading of C& D waste /malba/building material into the Van, wherever required, with all safety arrangements etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Deployment of one worker on 8 hours duty per day will be treated as one day)

Modified Estimated Cost after using correction factor on DSR 2023 on account of GST @ 0.973 (vide No. 158/SE(TAS)/GST/2024/02-E dated 08.08.2024

Providing services of Supervisor for supervising, taking photographs and necessary instructions to execute day to day maintenance work through Maintenance van and assistance related to complaint of WIMS, VIP complaints ,LG, STF, CPGRAM ,PGMS,311 Green App etc as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge. The contractor shall provide smart mobile phone to supervisor and share supervisor's number to the department on his letter head and he will ensure that such mobile phone remain active during the duty times till completion of work (Deployment of one Supervisor on 8.00 hours duty per day will be treated as one day)

Providing services of Blue/Yellow colour painted body TATA ACE/ Mahindra Champion or equivalent (Model not before 2019) with body structure specification as per MCD kachra collection mobile van fitted with hydraulic jack with information /display/PWD Logo/Address painted with retro- reflective paint/retro reflective tape of approved colour and shade at front, both sides and back of the vehicle, all complete for eight hours or 80 km per day including CNG, Mobil Oil and Driver.for disposal of C&D waste/ malba etc. to the dumping ground for all lead and lifts, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Fine, if any, imposed due to violation of traffic rules etc. shall be borne by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The Kachra Van shall be fitted with GPS System.(Deployment of One Kachra Van alongwith driver on 8 hours duty per day will be treated as one day). Note:- 02 (Two) numbers Kachra Van alongwith driver are to be deployed daily on the work Payment shall be made as per log book maintained and GPS reports. The Driver shall have smart mobile phone.The contractor will share driver's mobile phone number to the department on his letter head and he will ensure that such mobile phone remain all the time active till completion of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on his account Kachra Van shall be on duty for 8 hous normally from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days or as per requirement as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. These timing or shift of duty may change as per requirement without any further notice. If the agency fails to provide Kachra Van on any day, then a recovery @ Rs. 3000/- per day per Kachra Van shall be made from the contractor's bills/dues.
