Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of energy efficient recessed mounted type 34W to 36W full window glare free opal diffuser LED panel luminaries of size 595mm x 595mm (nominal size) suitable for both Armstrong/POP/Gypsum Board or grid false ceiling fabricated with MS powder coated white CRCA housing including mounting with the help of chain/other suitable method, hanging from the ceiling including connections with 3 x 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. The total system wattage not more than of 34W to 36W, LED lumen should be ≥ 3600 system efficacy of ≥ 130 lumen /watt color temperature 5500K to 6500K, power factor0.95, CRI (Ra)80, THD 10%, with APFC driver having driver efficiency 85%, operating voltage 150-270 volts with minimum 2.5KV surge protection. The luminaries shall be submitted with LM-80 report with a life of 50000 Hours @ L-70 and LED photo biological safety report conforming to IEC 62471 & LED source manufacturer and LM-79 report from NABL accredited Lab. The LED chip should be of Cree, Nichia, Philips Lumiled, Osram, Edison.

The Total system Lumen of 30W to 36W LED should be 3600 with minimum system efficacy of 130 lumen /watt color temperature 5500K to 6500K, power factor0.95, CRI (Ra)75, THD 10%, with APFC driver having driver efficiency 85%, operating voltage 150-270 volts with minimum 2.5KV surge protection. Supplying & replacement of 380mm sweep size 900/1400 RPM, 230 Volts, single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply Heavy duty exhaust fan including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc as required.

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 18 to 20 Watts (1200 mm) wall mounted LED batten luminaries with Aluminum housing and integrated electronic driver including connections with 1.5 sq.mmm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing including dismantling alongwith credit for worn out accessories etc under buy back arrangement etc as required.

Less Credit for existing wiring and accessories & fixtures after dismantling the same from the rooms to be renovated under buy back including conduits, wires, cables, switches, boxes, DB, MCB, fittings, fans etc.
