Providing services of GPS enabled CNG maintenance Van for 9:00AM to 5:00 PM (i/c 30 min. lunch hours) TATA 407 SFC gold / Mahindra Bol maxx pup city/Tata Yodha Pick up 3150/Isuzu D Max/ Eicher 2049 Pro or equivalent with driver having valid registration and BS VI Emission Norms Not older than 2020 model duly painted with approved colour ( as per indicative photograph only attached ) and size as per manufacture’s specification with hydraulic loader for PWD roads to attend regular/urgent road related complaints such as opening of bell mouths, cleaning of foreign material / malba found on the carriageway, central verge, footpath, main right of way, disposal of the same to the dumping ground, minor road repair, filling potholes, fixing/refixing of kerbstones, interlocking tiles, red stones, helping in removing encroachment, removal of banner, hoardings, etc. All sides and top of the Maintenance Van will be covered with M.S. Sheets properly braced & stiffened with provision of an openable shutter with locking arrangement at back (as per indicative photographs attached). Maintenance Van shall bear information / display / PWD Logo / Office address etc. with retro reflective tape of approved colour /shade on all sides as enclosed indicative drawing and as per direction of Engineering-Charge. The Rates are for 8 hours duty of vehicle i/c running cost of fuel such as CNG, M-Oil & driver including Hammer, Phawarah, pick axe, bucket, tasla, bamboo, drum, traffic safety cones, long brooms, safety reflective tapes, torch, traffic barricades, etc. as per T&P list attached in the NIT. The rates are all inclusive for the per day. The GPS system will be fixed by the Department and charges of GPS system will be beared by the agency amount will be recoved from the bill of Agency. The access of GPS system will be with representative of Engineer in charge.

Providing the services of Beldars (Un-Skilled) for 9:00AM to 5:00 PM (i/c 30 min. lunch hours) along with T&P like helping mason Broom, tasla, phawra, garden steel fork, etc. for cleaning, cultivating, dressing Green belts, levelling good earth, spreading available maure and likely area, removing all surplus materials, stacking, loading to dumper, Maintenance van, unloading to dumping site complete to maintain all road side area neat, clean, presentable as per direction of the Engineer in charge .The contractor will have to make necessary arrangement for the worker to wear neat and clean dress with reflective safety jacket showing agency name, designation and PWD Logo. The payment shall be made for per day per job of 8 hrs duty basis . All required T&P shall be provided by the agency at his own cost nothing shall be paid for this by the department. (if agnecy fails to provide required T&P to the worker then same shall be provided by the department and necessary recovery shall be made from the contractor's bill). Attendance of labours will be marked by face recognizing biometric system (BAS) with cloud backup which will be provided by the contractor installed at the Sub Division Office, nothing extra shall be paid on account of that and fails to provide services of beldar recovery shall be made as per T&C of the aggrement .

Providing the services of Mason (Skilled) for 9:00AM to 5:00 PM (i/c 30 min. lunch hours) along with T&P like Trowels, Wooden/ Metal Floats, Plumb Bob, Right Angled Scales, Line Dori, Aluminium Hollow box section, Measuring Tape, Pan, Showel, PvC Level Tube, tile cutter, etc to carry out all type of road repair/ maintainance work like fixing new/ old kerbstones, interlocking tiles, repair of all types of footpath flooring, Brick work, plastering, all type of mason related work, etc as given by the enquiry office. The contractor will have to make necessary arrangement for the worker to wear neat and clean dress (indicative photographs attached) with reflective safety jacket showing agency name, designation and PWD Logo. The payment shall be made for per day per job of 8 hrs duty basis . All required T&P shall be provided by the agency at his own cost nothing shall be paid for this by the department. (if agnecy fails to provide required T&P to the worker then same shall be provided by the department and necessary recovery shall be made from the contractor's bill).
