Raja Garden Substation Wireman Cum Operator - 3 Nos. (One in each shift round the clock in three shifts a day) i/c Sundays & Holidays)

Routine maintenance and operation of Storm water / Drainage / Sewage pump set, electrical installations, electrical fittings/fixtures, exhaust fans, ceiling fans, including LT panels, switch gears and control gears installed at various Subways/FOBs complete etc. as required. (For locations ar per the inventory). The following minimum staff shall be provided.

(i) Wireman cum Pump Operator :- 2 Nos. General Shift 10.00AM to 6.00PM i/c Sundays & Holidays.

Providing services of experienced staff for operation of escalatrors/lifts on all days including Sundays and holidays for the following Locations: Sunder Vihar FOB

Escalators operator 2 nos. (1 No, 6AM to 2PM & 1 No. 2PM to 10PM)

Security Guard 1 No. (10 PM to 6 AM)

Maintenance of electrical installations such as light point/fan point/call bell point/exhaust fan point, light/power plug and all types of fixtures, main board, DB's/SDB's compound light security light i/c operation of pump sets and DG set where ever available on all days of the month excluding Sundays and Holidays as per terms & conditions attached by providing following minimum staffs at following sites. Location: - (a) Civil Division Office WR-1, R R Line Brar Square, New Delhi. (b) Civil Sub Division Offices WR-11 & 12, Near Lajwanti Chowk, New Delhi. (c) Civil Sub Division Offices WR-13 & 14 under District Centre Flyover, Janak Puri, New Delhi. (d) Civil Sub Division Offices, Peeragarhi & Tikri Border, New Delhi. (e) Civil Division Offices, Sanik Vihar, Rani Bagh, New Delhi. (f) Sub Division WE-12, PWD, Rama Road, New Delhi. (g) Division M-131(N), PWD, Rama Road, New Delhi. (h) Circle West Office, Karampura, New Delhi.

Khallasi - 1 No. for General Shift 10.00AM to 6.00PM i/c Sundays & Holidays.

Providing chowkidar to watch and ward of Sub Division Office WE-12, in two shifts including Sunday & Holiday : 2 Nos. Chowkidar (1 No. in each shift) (1 No. shift for 6 PM to 2 AM, (1 No. for 2nd shift 2 AM to 10 AM)

SH-II Routine Maintenance of Street LightsHigh Mast LED Fittings at various Road Providing and Carrying out the comprehensive cum routine & day to day maintenance of LED Street Lights and High Mast by using Tower Wagon ladders & all other relevant and suitable tools & plants, maintenance van and monitoring vehicles required for Smoothly, healthy & proper illumination on roads by maintaining & repair of all types and wattage of LED street lighting/ High Mast/ underpass flood lights on the various PWD Roads complete with supplying and replacement / repairing of all electrical accessories like Street light fittings, providing & laying UG Cables, HDPE / DWC Pipes and feeder pillars accessories like MCCB's, Contactors, Relays, Bus Bars, timers, panel wirings, pole wiring / cables, lugs, nuts and bolts including replacement of worn-out/burnout/faulty LED street light/flood light driver pole window cover etc and ensuring security thereof and to prevent theft of electricity from street light installations complete including daily inspection of roads & submit the daily inspection report to concerned JE(E) / AE(E) and preparation of data as reqd. (inventory of points / roads attached and as per terms and conditions attached i/c routine cleaning of poles and fixtures on routine basis and to be keep it neat and clean, removing of all stick bills, posters etc i/c removing of unauthorized cable / advertisement hoarding from street light pole etc complete at site.

Note- New LED lights would be provided by department to the agency to replace faulty LED Lights. However, LED driver would be replaced by agency itself. Details of Street Light Points under West Electrical Maintenance Sub-Division-12). (994 Points for 5 Months)

SH-III Comprehensive maintenance & watch and ward of various type LED lights and poles from Shivdas Puri Marg (from Moti Nagar T-Point to Pusa Road) Routine maintenance of various type LED lights, poles and associates panels (as per inventory attached) including minor repairing of lights, making joints, rectification of cable fault, removing of block, tiles and making good as same repairing of digital timers. contactors, MCB, wires, thimbles, relays and all other required material to make led lights functional with watch & ward of electrical installation at site etc. as required. (Approximate 604 Points). staff. a) Wireman :- 1 No. (6 AM to 02 PM) b) Khllasi :- 1 No. (6 AM to 02 PM)

Providing of security guard in one shift for watch & ward of various type LED poles & associates accessories from Shivdas Puri Marg (from Moti Nagar T-Point to Pusa Road) by deploying of experience, healthy neatey dressed security guard i/c neccessary T&P like tourch, lathi & uniform etc complete as required.

a) Security Guard :- 2 No. (10 PM to 6 AM)

Supplying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade suitable for 415v, 50HZ AC system, with inner and outer PVC sheated etc. as reqd.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of XLPE Insulated and PVC Round Sheathed Multi Core Flexible Aluminium Conductor Heavy Duty Industrial Cables for Voltage Grade 1100 Volts as per IS: 694:1990.
