Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red

Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75x25 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg per sqm to window frames etc. including 62x19 mm beading of second class teak wood and priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, bufing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Crazy ceramic tile flooring, with under layer 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), with joints not exceeding 5 mm, including filling the gaps with ordinary cement mixture & mixing with synthetic polyester fibre, triangular in shape having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40, cross section size ranging from 10 to 40 micron & length upto 6 mm , mixing fibre @ 125 grams per 50 kg of cement in cement mortar, including providing and mixing water proofing material in mortar @ 1 kg per 50 kg of cement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like difusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 grns/sqrn (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coeficient ) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and laying in situ five course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd & 4th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd layer of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 2.0 mm thick of 3.00 Kg/ sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 5th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Providing and laying tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x9.8 mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and Fixing (Polyurethane) PU Tactile Tiles (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x7.3 mm. Warning Tile: truncated dome size of not less than 5 mm in height, 25 mm in top dia., and 35 mm in bottom dia. Direction Tile: elongated bars size shall not be less than 5 mm in height, 270 mm at the top length, 280 mm at the bottom length, and in width 25 mm at the top, and 35 mm at the bottom; with a base thickness of 2.3 mm. The pattern on warning & direction Tactile should be an Anti-Skid Concentric Design with square edges for tight joints and minimum gaps. The Tactile tiles should be made from 100% virgin Polyurethane (TPU) material tested as per ASTM E 1252 tensile Breaking, not less than 35% MPa and, Elongation at break not less than 500%, having good contrast approved color (RAL 1026) as per ADA norms (ISO 23599 compliant), duly tested by Government of India Laboratory, with peel and stick type fixing arrangement, suitable for Indoor and Outdoor use and having high friction and to be used together as warning tiles with directional tiles for the visually impaired persons, on the pedestrian pathway as per manufacturer design/specification with Approved brand as per harmonized guidelines of CPWD and MOUD Govt. of India. The tactile tiles firmly and pressing it evenly keeping them in alignment.

Renewing window panes with 3mm thick translucent white acrylic plastic sheet with putty and screw in steel doors, clerestory windows including taking out old putty, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of Braille Signages (for vision impaired persons as per standards) on the wall or with any other required structure, with the provision of multilingual text integral in Non-Glare Acrylic Sheet background with a total thickness of not less than 2.8 mm with upper case words letter style Sans Serif. Characters and Symbols must contrast with background. Light characters/symbols on dark background (or vice versa). Acrylic cut out letters with height shall not be less than 15mm, raised above the plate minimum 0.8 mm with equivalent words written in English / Hindi / any language as required with same specifications. Braille Dots must be 1.5 mm diameter in SS 304 Grade / Acrylic /Abs / Stone / or any other material to be integral with the Sign face and should be raised 0.5 mm above the base plate. Each signboard is to be fixed strictly as per the Harmonized Guidelines & Space Standards for Barrier Free Built Environment for the person with Disability, issued by MOUD, Govt. of India, and as per approved drawings and complete as per the directions of Engineer - In - Charge. Suitable for Indoor and Outdoor use for visually impaired persons, as per manufacturer design/specification with Approved brand as per harmonized guidelines of MOUD Govt. of India. The above nomenclature shall be applicable for all types of signage like; Identification Signage (For example Room Names / Toilet Facility /Drinking Water / Staircase / Entry / Exit / Lift etc. of the size 150 x 250 mm / 200 x 200 mm / 450 x 450 mm or customized as per the requirement of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing CP Brass Medi Series Florentine Pillar cock with Extended Lever Handle make -JAQUAR FLR-CHR-5031N (Basic Rate of Pillar Cock with Extended Lever Handle Rs. 2209) or equivalent make i/c making all connections complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
