Desilting and taking out of debris silt rubbish etc. from drain/sump, which are heavily surcharged, by super sucker/ Suction cum Jetting machine which consist of (one No. chassis mounted machine having suction capacity of minimum 6000 cum/hrs at 80% vacuum with jetting facility @ 2200 psi and 1 No. chassis mounted dump tanks having capacity of 10000 ltr. The operations of desilting should be photographed and videographed at each location of super sucker for a period of minimum 10 minutes at different locations. The video's and photographs of executed work should be provided as and when required by Engineer-in-Charge. The operation includes Supply of all materials, labour, T & P, temporary power connection with standby generator set of capacity at least 62.5 KVA, gas detector, forced air ventilators wherever required etc. and provision of safety equipments as per guide lines laid in (IS 1972*1987), international standard, traffic control arrangement and proper lighting at night, barricading, display of signboard, installation of adequate number of over flow pumping system, leak proof stacking arrangement, roka etc on upstream and downsteam of working lenght, insurance of worker and cleaning of site, Removal of all hindrance/ obstructions, unforeseen items, permission from other deptt./local authorities (Deptt. will only assist for getting the permission ect). cutting of bituminous road, excavation, demolishing of brick work/CC/RCC wherever required and restoring the same all inclusive. Nothing extra shall be payable on this account. The Super Sucker Machine shall be provided at various location and should be followed all the norms/ guidelines of National Green Tribunal or Department of Environment or other statuary body as per law of land. The Super Sucker Machine should be GPS enabled, each super sucker machine shall be accompanied by a water tanker of suitable capacity (i/c water) , the wet sludge/silt shall be disposed with municipal limit and nothing extra shall be paid for this all. (A) Drain having all depth and all cross-sectional areas. Note-1:- Only 70% payment will be released only after one time complete desilting of drains & balance 30% will only be released after satisfactory maintenance of desilted drains for further 90 days.
