Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Supply & Installation of 16mm thick Multicell having min. 45 - 50 microns Coextruded UV protected on top Layer (exposed to Sun) over structural steel / MS purlinas per approved color/shade. Panel should be both side Co-extruded UV protected, Panels shall have width of min. 900mm to ensure best performance for wind uplift, vibration, oil canning and visual appearance. Polycarbonate Panel System with minimum 5 cells and 6 walls structure shall be uniform in color with an integral, Tight-Cell with cross section, with all fixing accessories to ensure best performance for wind uplift, vibration, oil canning and visual appearance. Panels shall be manufactured with vertical standing seam at both sides of the panel. Panels shall be fixed on purlins with Continues Alu. cleat along with the Standing seam and Uconnector. Snap-on connectors to interlock the panels shall have a double grip-locktooth locking mechanism to ensure maximum uplift capability. Panel shall have extensive aluminum U-Profile/Glazing bar for the ends. Panel shall be co-extruded with soft-light to prevent sun streaks, Panels must satisfy Dart drop impact test as per IS 14443 shall show no sign of breakage on Polycarbonate sheets which have been exposed to UV for a min. of 500Hours as per ASTMG 155. Panels shall not have Yellowness Index as per ASTM E - 313 when tested on a sample exposed to UV for 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155. Panels shall be tested against fire as per International Standard ASTM D 1929 -16 and ASTM E 84-16. Panel shall be sealed with aluminium U-profile (mill finish) for ends. Panel manufacturer shall provide limited warranty against any manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years. Multicell panels shall be fixed over structural steel/ Ms purlin (shall be paid extra) complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.
