Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour,T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Providing and fixing post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 100 mm dia high reflective reflectors and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cold Milling of Asphaltic Surface/pavement (removal of BC/DBM or any asphaltic material from road surface/concrete surface) in thickness of 50 to 110 mm so as to maintain surface below in shape, slope and undamaged workable to lay fresh layer of asphaltic material in line, level, size depth as directed by Engineer-in-charge including transportation and disposal of removed material from site for all lift and leads, cleaning of surface and making good or asphalting work including local repair of damages/distress occurred after milling etc. complete as per method and machinery prescribed in IRC.

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam by Recycling pavement by cold milling of existing bituminous layers, planning the surface after cold milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 15% (Percent) of the required quantity, hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvenators as required, mixing in a hot mix plant, transporting and laying at site and compacting to the required (as per designe mix) grade, level and thickness, all as specified in clause 517, of standard data book MORTH complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-40 @5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.( Cold milling will be paid seperately)

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-40 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing and fixing Solar Studs as per specifications: Construction: Alumium-alloy shell, 100% water proof design according to IP-65, dimension: 125mmx12mmx25mm (Shank 60mm), High efficiency mono-crystalline solar Panel 2:4 V/03.3 watt., One Ni-Mh or Nl-cd rechargable battery(1.2V/1600 MA), Six Super bright LEd's with 10000 to 18000 mcd (Millicandela), view distance upto 1000 meters. Flash rate: 10 tons approx, color: Yellow, red, blue, green or white, working time 3 to 45 days after fully charged battery, charging time :5 to 6 hours from direct sun light working temp: 100-750c, life span: three to five years, easy installation, no maintenace , unbreakable poly carbonate clear facing designed for maintenance free operation, automatically turns on at night and turns off at down, high visibility LED's ensure easy and safe night driving. As approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The studs shall vbe fixed to the road surface using the adhesive confirmimg to IS. As per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Credit of stone aggregate received from cold miling of existing bituminous layer.
