Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour: New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Making chases up to 7.5x7.5 cm in walls including making good and finishing with matching surface after housing G.I. pipe etc.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns as per CPWD Specification 2019, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter- locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides)comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm,cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondaryintermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600 mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6 mm thick with precut hole on both 25 mm flange to pierce into 12x50 mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directionsof the Engineer-in-Charge. With 15 mm thick Tegular edged light weight calcium sliciate false ceiling tiles

Providing and installing prefabricated sandwich PUF panel comprising of on two faces PPGL (galvalume ) colour coated 0.5mm TCT sheet and CFC free close cell high density figid polyurethane foam of high density (40+_2kg/m3 ) having a thermal conductivity value of 0.023 w/mk and of reuired thickness sandwich between the two galvalume sheet .the outer & inner galvalume sheet of 0.50mm TCT steel 550 Mpa shall have a coating mass of 150 g/sqm zinc aluminum alloy coating total of both sides as per AS1397 and finished with 20 microns colour coating of SMP polyster quality paint as per AS/NZS-2728:1997 (category=3) over a 5 micron primer on exposed side and a back coat of 5 microns on inner side over a 5 micron primer . the panels should be required length and required width with maximum width upto 1190mm with tongue & groove configuration the prefabricated panels shall be ficced dirctly to the girth using self drilling fasteners the metal sheet shall confirm to IS 513.AS1397&2728. The polyurethane insulation shall confirm to IS 12436. The rate of the item is inclusive of all materials erectionaccessories incidental charges coast of dash fasteners etc cost of making provision for door windows, ventilators and concealed pipe conduits and support for electrial and sanitary appliance etc and other incidental charges as per sample for payment finished puf sand witch panels shall be measured upto half centimetres for claculating area upto two places of decimal no deduction shall be made for opening upto 0.20sqm and no extra payment shall be made for wastages for roof panels 40(40/70)mm thick roofing panels having finished with 0.50mm thick TCT galvalume hi-rib sheet on outer side and 0.50mm TCT plain galvalume sheet on inner side including miscellaneous expenses of fixing accessories such as dash fasteners and making arrangement for concealed conduits etc.

Credit for dismantled ms steel work, etc. which shall be the property of the contractor and should be removed from the site of work as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge (Nothing extra shall be paid on account of carriage).
