Disposal of C&D waste/ building rubbish/earth mixed malba/similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and transportation for all lead and lifts, upto nearest authorised MCD dumping ground/sanitary land fill site complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment under this item shall be made on production of receipts of payment of ground fee. MCD Dumping ground fee paid, if any, shall be reimbursed to the agency separately on production of receipts). Note: 1. The agency has to submit MCD slips every 5th day of the month. Faillure to which a penalty of Rs. 5000/- per day for delayed period will be levied. 2. Malba must be regularly removed from the specified /designated temporary yard. If the Engineer-in-charge of his/her authorized representative inform the contractor, the removal should happen within 24 hours. Failure to do so attract penalty of Rs. 10,000/- per day for the delay. Qty. for Sub Division M-2111 =3140.00 MT Qty. for Sub Division M-2113 =4710.00 MT Total qty. =7850.00 MT

Providing Hydraulic Excavator (3D) JCB machine with driver, fuel, mobil oil and required T&P etc. at site in running condition, on hire basis for demolishing/ removal of unauthorized encroachment /excavation of earth, removal of earth, malba, silt, cleaning drain etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of hire charges of machine, cost of fuel, mobil oil, driver and T&P. (Deployment of one JCB on 8 hours duty per day will be treated as one day) Note: The agency will have to engage JCB at any particular location within 24 hours of getting telephonically / written information from the Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative. The decision of the Engineer-in-Charge shall be final and binding to contractor in this regard. The failure on the part of the agency to get the work executed by employing required JCB on that particular location and date will attract penalty of Rs. 15,000/- per day per JCB. Collection of scattered unclaimed C&D waste/ building rubbish/malba / similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials from different locations along the road footpaths, berm portion, service lanes, road islands and central verge by deploying "Malba Collecting Tipper" with driver, 5 beldars and necessary T&P such as Phawra, Gainti, Bucket, Tasla, rope, safety cone, hammer and uniform etc, including loading with mechanical means/manual means and unloading at specified /designated locations.The malba collecting Tipper shall be of make TATA 609/Ashok Leyland Partner/ Swaraj Mazda Sartaj GS 5252 or equivalent model running on CNG fuel having emission norms BS-VI and specified hydraulic operated Tipper/Trolley. The tipper dimension shall be Length 3000 mm (minimum)x width 1860mm (minimum) x Height 450mm (minimum). The vehicle shall be fitted with GPS tracking device conforming to particular specification. The GPS System shall be provided and fixed by the agency and further maintenance & operations of the same shall be done by the agency. The rate is inclusive of hire charges of Tipper, cost and maintenance of GPS, driver,CNG (fuel), lubricant, 5 beldars and necessary T&P etc. all complete and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor. (The Payment of mechanical means for loading malba/ building rubbish/C&D waste, whenever required shall be paid separately). Note: 1. Payment shall be made as per log book maintained and as per the GPS reports. 2. The Contractor shall provide smart mobile phone to driver and share his number to the department on their letter head.The contractor will ensure that such mobile number remain all the time active till completion of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. 3. The hydraulic operated Malba Collecting Tipper with driver and 5 beldars shall be on duty for 8 hours normally from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM on all working days.These timing or shift of duty may change as per requirement without any further notice. If the agency fails to provide the tipper on any day, then a recovery @ Rs. 15,000/- per day shall be made from the contractor's bills/ dues. 4. Penalty for not providing beldar @ Rs. 2000/-per day per beldar will be levied. Qty. for Sub Division M-2111 =63 days Qty. for Sub Division M-2113 =94 days Total qty. =157days
