Supply and fixing of 2nd class teakwood door frame with 02 nos. heat activated intumescent fire seal strip of section 10 mm x4 mm. The frame shall be painted with fire retardant primer FR880 type. The frame shall be fixed in existing opening with the help of stainless steel hold fasteners of 10mm x 160 mm size as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The door frame shall be minimum 2 hours fire rating (fasteners paid separately). a) Door frame of section 145 mm x 90 mm

Providing and fixing 50 mm thick wooden fire rated doors as per BS: 476 Part-20 & 22 & IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability, integrity and thermal insulation (3 criteria wooden door) with the following specification. Fire door should be tested at CBRI for fire rating of 2 hrs. Fully insulated fire door shutter shall be comprising of 70mm z 44mm hardwood internal timber frame work consisting of 2 vertical members and minimum 4 horizontal members, with infill of 20 mm thickness of 48 kg/cum, ceramic fiber blankets, coated on both side for insulation. The coated insulation shall be sandwiched between 12 mm thick, calcium Silicate Boards on both sides (edge to edge on internal Hardwood frame) and facing with 3 mm commercial ply (BWP) ply on both sides, with 50 mm x14 mm teak beading 20 x 4 mm fire & smoke intumescent seal complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) 1070 mm x2050 mm

Supply and fixing of interlayer fire rated glass minimum 11 mm thick interlayer, 120 minutes fire rated (EW120, EI 15 minutes) Non wired, Toughened interlayer glass of approved make which can also withstand thermal shock up to 800 degree centigrade in glazing (Vision Panel top/side fixed glazing) to be fixed in between the glass beading by using ceramic fiber in accordance with BS: 476 PART 22/EN 1363 EN 1364 for stability and integrity of size 300 mm x 500mm (clear vision)

Providing and fixing 304 grade stainless steel ball bearing butt hinges of size 100x75x3 mm in fire rated door shutters of approved make, approved by Engineer-in-charge including stainless steel screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing pair of stainless steel 304 grade ‘D’ type pull handle of size 300 m long and 22 mm dia back to back, of approved brand, as approved by Engineer-in-charge including.

Providing and fixing batwing seal of Lorient or equvalent as approved by the Engineer-in-charge for door frame for double leaf door set as per IS 1212, automatic drop seal for bottom of the shutter as per IS 8010 and for double leaf shutter as per IS 7061.

Credit for dismantiled material to be taken by Agency as and where basis.
