Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of superior quality minimum 6 W/Mtr. LED flexible strip light of IP 65 protection, showing Tri-colour (National Flag) LED strip for fixing on the existing 7/10/12 meters height street light poles (above 2.5 meters of ground level and upto bracket of the pole) wrapping around the pole at spacing of approximately 100 mm complete with suitable electronic driver and good quality connector with the help of suitable PVC tie/clips by using necessary T&P including connection, testing etc. complete as required. (Note:-Warranty of 2 years for luminaries and drivers including cleaning of the existing poles and dressing of the cables to be done properly before fixing the LED strip). (LED flexible strip should be single length for each pole with showing Tri-colour (National Flag) equal portion.)

Fabrication, supplying installation testing and commissioning of outdoor feeder pillar of minimum 300 mm deep made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick (14 SWG) duly compartmentalised having 4 strip aluminium bus bar of 200 amp capacity front openable double door with locking arrangement (2 nos. Godown locks in front), provision for protection from rain, dust, fixed on M.S. angle iron frame work of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm (NS) 90 cm long legs out of which 45 cm duly grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand: 4 stone aggregate 20) and having following accessories mounted inside the cubical panel i/c connection, inter connection with copper lead / strip with thimbles, earthing with two nos. earth studs duly powder coated with seven tank process approved colour complete etc. as reqd i/c supplying & fixing of following accessories including connection, testing etc. as read. Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and laying in position M-20 (1:2:4) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 600 mm (L) x 600 mm (W) and 1500 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 12 mm dia -1600 mm long (approx.)-8 nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 2800 mm (approx.) - 10 nos.(with 150 mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts (as per item below and) and providing 90 mm (O.D.) DWC, HPDE pipe for cable entry and exit as reqd.
