Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Boom Barrier Gate upto 3 Mtr straight arm with following features: • 3-4 Seconds max. opening time/closing time • 100% DUTY cycle • BLDC Motor Operated • Boom Swing Away function (i.e. Boom shall have breakaway flange to prevent from breaking when hit by a vehicle) • Manual Operation in case of power failure • Boom Arm shall be made of Extruded Aluminium and powder coated in white colour with Red Reflecting tapes. • The body of the complete barrier panel shall be MS that is to be powder coated in a color as per the OEM. • The barrier shall be controlled with a Wireless Remote • It should also be provided with a Wired Push Button Control Box • The barrier shall have Foundation of minimum size 350x350x300mm by using minimum of M15 grade concrete • The barrier shall be provided with complete mains cabling and control cabling along with Ducting from Barrier location to the DB and Guardhouse. Providing, Installation, testing and Commissioning of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification System) consisting of following accessories/equipment: to control the electrically operated gates and boom barriers. a) Proximity Cards/RFID Tags along with facility code - 800nos. b) Main Controller for RFID Access control system using Long range readers and tags - 1 Job c) Long Range Proximity Card Readers/ RFID Readers of 10-12 mtrs read range with suitable mounting arrangement on the existing structure for outdoor applications and should be compatible with boom barrier integration - 2 Nos. d) The system shall also be provided with a Access Control Software. Complete Software for access control of Authorized/Un-Authorized entries and exits with the intelligence to communicate with the controller for allowing the barrier operation to open/close. The Software shall be capable of providing detailed reports in any format Excel/PDF for generating Weekly/Daily/Monthly Reports and also Blacklisting any vehicle access. The Software also allows to Add and Remove the RFID Tags and also re-issue or allow temporary removal. The UI of the system is easy and friendly with each log provided with the details of Time/Date/Gate number/Vehicle Details etc. and must have user capacity of minimum 5000 users and log capacity of 100,000 (Makes: BCIL / Zebra / Rosslare / ZKTeco)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of IR Beam Photo sensors for safety at all Gates and Bollards, including cabling/ducting required with HPU and Gate Drive Unit i/c RX/TX modules operated on 24VDC and having potentio free contacts of NO/NC. the safety sensor are installed on MS Poles which are powder coated having base plate to bolt down and provision for RX/TX modules to fix on the same along with cables entry to terminate the sensor will have adjustable eye to align the IR Beam within the range of minimum 15 Mtrs i/c testing and commissioning etc. as reqd.(Make: Avon / Gunnebo / Fortuna Control / Heidz)
