Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Decorative LED fitting 120 Watt (Height of the fixture 625 mm x 630 mm) made out of spun aluminium body, clear PMMA / PC diffuser with power LED’s are mounted directly on extruded aluminium heat sink and Electronic Driver complete etc as reqd at site. (All dimensions are with prodection tolerance of +3%)

Supplying & Laying of one Number Following size.XLPE insulated PVC outer sheathed armoured with galvanized round steel wire or strip cables with standard aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1.1 KV grade ISI marked confirming to IS 7098 / (Pt.-I)/88 with ammendment No. 1 in following manners.

4 x 16 sq. mm in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

3.5 x 25 sq. mm in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Fabrication, supplying installation testing and commissioning of outdoor feeder pillar of minimum 300 mm deep made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick (14 SWG) duly compartmentalised having 4 strip aluminium bus bar of 200 amp capacity front openable double door with locking arrangement (2 nos. Godown locks in front ), provision for protection from rain, dust, fixed on M.S. angle iron frame work of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm (NS) 90 cm long legs out of which 45 cm duly grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand: 4 stone aggregate 20) and having following accessories mounted inside the cubical panel i/c connection, inter connection with copper lead / strip with thimbles, earthing with two nos. earth studs duly powder coated with seven tank process approved colour complete etc. as reqd i/c supplying & fixing of following accessories including connection, testing etc. as read. (not less than 0.75 Sq.Mtr) Incoming a) 160 Amp 4 Pole 36 KA MCCB With Thermal magnetic Release along with suitable spreader link & suitable rotary handle - 1 Nos. b) Multifunction meter with suitable CTs - 1 nos c) RYB LED indicator with suitable single pole MCB- 1 Set Outgoing a) 100 Amp 4 Pole 18 KA MCCB With Thermal magnetic Release along with suitable spreader link & suitable rotary handle - 3 Nos. b) Contactor 105 Amp 4 Pole - 3Nos c) Digital Timmer - 3 Nos

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying in position M-20 (1:2:4) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 600 mm (L) x 600 mm (W) and 1500 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, Providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 12 mm dia 1600 mm long (approx.) -8 nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia-2800 mm (aprox.) - 10 nos. (with 150 mm spacing) as required with positioning of 4 Nos. foundation anchar bolts and providing 90 mm (O.D) DWC, HDPE pipe for cable entry and exit as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
