Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of EBSR (Electrolytic Bio and Scale remover) system with online monitoring for 500Tr cooling tower and pipelines working on electrolysis principle which happens in a reaction chamber to prevent scaling and control the formation of bacteria, algae and slime that arises in cooling water. EBSR System should be compatible with building management system with all provisions to integrate to BMS for send the statically data of the system. The system should eliminate the need of any dosing of chemical to treat the cooling water and substantially reduce the blow down requirement by increasing the cycle of concentration there by saving of makeup water. The inlet pump should also be equipped with strainer for restricting any foreign particle entry in the pump. The system shall include a self-cleaning mechanism, for efficient cleaning of deposited matter on the cathode surface as per the set parameters. The system should be capable of working in temperatures upto 48 deg. Celsius ambient. The entire system of pump, tank and filter shall be mounted on base plate and shall have structure frame to strengthen/balance the entire skid. The supplier shall comply all the specification. The system should be ISO 9001:2015 and CE Marked. The system shall be equipped with following feature and specification as under. SYSTEM OPERATION A) Cathode Tank: - carbon Steel, Epoxy painted on external side with working pressure of 6 bar.

B) Anode: - Titanium with iridium Oxide coating -anode surface should be minimum 420000 Sq mm. C) Scrapper: - Teflon Scraper operated by motor self-cleaning D) Valves: - Motorized actuated valves capable of taking and giving feedback E) Piping: - High grade PVC piping of 2 inches F) Filter Media: - Suitable filter media excluding sand to avoid any reaction with salts G) Filter:- Separate filter arrangement for filtration of electrolyzed water from the EBSR. H) Blow Down: - Automatic blow down system based on value of conductivity I) Pump with Stainer: - At the inlet of EBSR for pumping water to the EBSR from cooling tower sump and putting it back to the individual cooling tower sump. J) All Component inside the tank shall be of SS316 L or higher grade material ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM A) Electrical connection required: - 3-Phase, 415 Volt and 50 Hz B) Single point termination should be required, all internal wiring shall be strictly factory fitted C) Conductivity sensor based blowdown

MONITORING AND CONTROL FACILITIES A) The system shall have 7 inch HMI touch screen- 1 No B) System should have PH, conductivity, circulation pump flow, status of level switches, next filter back wash time, power supply in volts and amperes. C) Provision of alarm acknowledgement and active alarm list. D) Provision of filter manual backwash should also be available. E) Blow down valves indication of open and close F) The control panel should come with all provision and cards required for sending data to building management system (BMS) G) The home screen shall always be open for viewing, any modification in the parameters shall be password protected. H) Microprocessor based IOT enable control panel.
