Fabrication, supply at site, installation, testing and commissioning of floor mounted outdoor type cubicle MV switchboard, IP 55 degree of protection, fabricated out of 2 mm nominal thickness CRCA sheet steel, of suitable size front and back openable, hinged, single shuttered, double door on front and back, with locking arrangement, good quality dust, damp and vermin proof rubber gaskets, connections and interconnections, sheet treatment with 7 tank process including providing and fixing suitable size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cables and cable lugs, 2 nos. of 25 mm x 5 mm GI earth strips for earthing, dinrail for mounting switchgear, metering arrangements, drilling holes, detachable gland plates / knockout plates for facilitating entry / exit of UG cables, providing MS channel of designation ISMC 75 ( 75 mm x 40 mm) for floor mounting of MV panel providing 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm nominal thickness MS angle iron framework alongwith intermediate MS flat members of 450 mm height from floor level for floor mounting of MV panel, including grouting the MV panel in floor, painting the entire MS angle iron framework with one coat of approved make red oxide metal primer and two coats of approved make black anti - corrosive paint, earthing, cartage from fabricator's premises to site of work, and complete with supplying and fixing of following switchgear and metering instruments etc. as required. The feeder pillar shall generally cofirm to CPWD General Specification for Electrical works, Part-I Internal 2023, Part II External 2023 and Part IV substation equipment 2013 as ammended upto date.
