Supplying and fixing of Following sizes PVC Round Sheathed Multi Core Industrial Flexible unarmoured Copper conductor Cable in the surface of wall/ceiling/ in street light poles etc with the help of suitable size clamps etc complete as reqd i/c less credit back old wornout dismantle material.

Supplying, laying and fixing of following size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade in the existing RCC/ HUME / METAL i/c less credit back old wornout dismantle material.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Proding and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/pipe not to be deducted)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work inclusing straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position abd binding all complete up to plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more etc as reqd.

Replacement of old rusted street light poles with new flange mounted hot dip Galvanized Octagonal Poles of 10 mtrs. height made from 4 mm thick HT Steel plate, having bottom dia of 200 mm. & top dia of 100 mm. complete with window with flash cover at a height of 0.5 mtrs from the base for cable termination block etc. and galvanized base plate of size 320mm x 320mm x 20mm thick on existing cement concrete pedestal as required i/c supplying and fixing of the following in the window box provided for cable termination:-

a) 6 mm thick laminated sheet mounted inside the window i/c providing and welding 3 Nos. GI flat strip 4 mm thick of suitable length and having suitable size tapped holes - 2 Nos on each strips.

b) 63 amps. terminal block suitable for 25 sq. mm conductor- 4 Nos. & shorting links as required. on DIN channel i/c pdg. and fixing DIN channel of suitable length - 1 No. on the existing laminated sheet.

c) 6 amp. SP MCB 'C' characteristics Curve - 1 Nos, earth stud - 1 Nos, welded at suitable height two nos washers, springs washers & nuts.

d) Cable support clamp sutiable for 4 Nos. of 4 x 25 sqmm cable.

Supplying and fixing 4 Nos. M-24mm dia X 750mm long Gl foundation bolt (EN8 grade) with nuts. washer including 2 Nos. template of 3 mm thick size 320 x 320 mm with 4 nos. 28 mm dia holes, to match with PCD of Pole base plate as reqd

Fabrication, supplying & fixing of Single/Double/Triple/Quadruple armed galvanized iron bracket of 1.0 mtr long arm of suitable dia on top/in between on suitable height in the existing pole as directed by Engineer-in-charge with the help of drilling, cutting, tightening bolts etc complete as reqd.(Sample must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge before installation at site)

Replacement of LED Street light fixture with IP 66 and IK05 protected LM 6 high pressure aluminum die cast housing capable of delivering a nominal system lumen output of 6500 lumens with aminimm system efficacy of 100 lumen/watt and a CRI greater than 70 The luminaire shall have a life class of 50,000 hours @ L70 for a design ambient of 35 Deg. C and driver efficiency of 85%. Manufacturer name to be embossed on the luminaire. Internal surge protection of 4kV. Pressure die cast housing with toughened flat glass /polycarbonate cover. Luminaire should be suitable for side entry for dia meter of 48-60 mm. THD 10% and PF 0.9. IEC60598, IS10322, IEC61000-3-2, IEC61347-2-13, IEC61547and IEC62384 complied. Luminaire manufacturer should provide LM-79/LM-80 report of luminaire/LED chip.Compliance of driver to IEC60598 etc as reqd.

Replacement of post top luminaire having symmetrical beam angle with housing material of Die-cast aluminium, UV protected polycarbonate diffuser, system wattage not exceeding 35 W and system lumen output of not less than 3700 lumens with efficacy 105 lumens/ W. CCT of 3000 K and CRI=70 with SDCM5; luminaire dimensions top Dia 450-455 mm and weight not more than 4.5kgs. Fixture shall operate in a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C. Fixture shall have input voltage for 120-277 VAC. Life time should be at least 30,000 burning hours at L70 at 50 degree centigrade ambient. Fixture shall equipped with total IP66 protection and mechanical impact of minimum IK10. The LED used in the luminaire shall be SMD type. The Driver should be potted/encapsulated & should be a BIS approved driver and not a printed circuit board without casing, mounted inside the luminaire. The luminaire should be capable of auto shut down @325V and have an auto recovery feature, with THD10% (at full load). It should have a provision of 10KV series SPD inside the housing. BIS approval for both Driver and the luminaire needs to be submitted for records. Also, LM79 and LM80 reports must be submitted from a NABL accredited laboratory etc as reqd.
