New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Providing and fixing PVC Braided 1/2 inches heavy duty industrial grade hose flexible water pipe of make/ quality/colour/pattern as approved by Engineer-in-Charge and fixing at site i.e from Air conditioner (Spilit/Window) outdoor units upto PVC 50 mm rain water pipe to make proper disposal of the water from AC unit upto PVC rain water pipe at all heights including providing the necessary connectors and PVC clamps for making PVC flexible pipe properly fixed on wall as required complete as directed and upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Assuming that 4 Nos. ACs (split/window) are fitted in a Type-5 Flat at G.K.-1).

Cleaning of Top & side surfaces on R.C.C. Chajjas, or connected wall surface at all heights (for a four storied building) by scrapping all the dust, algae, wild vegetation or layer of foreign material with the help of wire brush etc. up to such level to receive waterproofing work etc. over it (waterproofing work will be paid separately) including collecting/cleaning all the removed material up to nearest dumping ground as directed chajjas will be utilized to execute this item also).or up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Double Scaffolding provided for water proofing work on chajjas will be utilized to execute this item also.)
