Providing and stacking of Nerium oleander (kaner) of height 60-75 cm. with 5-6 branches in poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge. (SHRUBS PLANTS)

Providing and stacking of Bougainvillea (Named verity in different colour Butiana, Lady Mary Baring, Mahara,Mohan,Scarlet Queen, Variegated, Glabra Formosa, Peruviana Odissi, Paratha, Subhra,Thimma, Spectabilis L.N Birla, Refulgens) of height 30 cm. to 45 cm. with 2-3 branches in 20 cm size of Earthen pots / Plastic pots & as per direction of the officer-in-charge. Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)

Holes 45 cm dia, and 45 cm deep.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Part - B (Maintenance) Supply and plantation of seasonal plants @ 25 cm c/c in plain area at designated locations consisting of plants variation as Cineraria dwarf, Marigold Jaffri, Mumulus Multi Branching, Nemesia, Petunia Hybrid, Phlox, Salvia Dwarf, Cosmos,Verbina pernelia, cocks-comb vinka,chrysanthemum,Dahlia,sunflower single,stock. The plant should be healthy and full of Foilage when planted. Plantatin works include watering, removal of dead plants and unservicable materils as per direction of officer in charge. Note : Name of the variety to be planted shall be get approved from Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete maintenance & Watering/irrigation of entire green belt features i.e., trees, shrubs, hedges, flower beds, foliages, creepers, lawns etc. consisting of following activities: - 1. Hoeing, pruning (including pruning of trees), Hedge Cutting, mowing of green belt, grass cutting, bush cutting etc. 2. Removal of weeds from soil 3. Removal of green belt waste, silt, malba, Plastic waste, bottles, and other solid waste, dumped by general public in green belt area, sweeping waste deposited in green belt, top dressing of green belt area, 4. Supply & application of manure, herbicides, fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides as per requirement so as to ensure dense greenery as well as dense flowering, as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (Minimum 2-3 applications per year are mandatory). 5. Supply and irrigation of plant with water from STP (Delhi Jal Board or equivalent) through tanker of capacity 10000 ltr. on PWD Roads i/c central verge and both side of the road. The tanker should be fitted with adequate capacity motor and the outlet system of water should be through 1.5"inch dia. RH pipe supplemented with shower attachment (for Slope/green belt/central verge etc.) to reduce water usage and prevent spillage. The water tanker should be equipped with GPS system. The contractor shall submit route map for proper and effective irrigation of every green area and the same shall be monitored through GPS. Cost of any charge/fees paid for buying STP water included in the quoted rate. 6. Providing Maintenance vans and dumpers for removal of Malba/Garden waste etc. The garden waste has to be disposed off in authorized dumping yard of Municipality. any charges paid as fees to authorized dumping yard shall be reimbursed separately on production of proof. 7. Providing Manlift, Stairs etc. for pruning of Trees. 8. Providing Road safety devices for carrying out work in Medians and Footpaths for proper traffic diversions and Safety. 9. Cost of removal of fallen trees, branches in the stretch after cyclone, storm, rain etc is deemed to be included 10. Tree pruning shall be carried out using Manlift (Hydra not permitted) every 3 months after taking due permission from authorities like forest department etc. In case permission is not received and for any other reason tree pruning could not be carried out in one quarter, deduction of Rs. 1.00 per month/per sqm shall be made against this item from tendered rate of agency in the particular quarter.

Complete maintenance & Watering/irrigation of tree area kutcha basin (having only tree and no other shrubs etc.) consisting of following activities : - 1. Pruning of trees 2. Removal of weeds from soil 3. Removal of waste, silt, malba, Plastic waste, bottles, and other solid waste, dumped by general public, sweeping, top dressing of area in tree area basin, 4. Supply & application of manure, herbicides, fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides etc., as per requirement and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 5. Irrigation of plants with water from STP (Delhi Jal Board or equivalent) through tanker of capacity 10000 ltr. The tanker should be fitted with adequate capacity motor and the outlet system of water should be through 1.5"inch dia. RH pipe supplemented with shower attachment to reduce water usage and prevent spillage. The water tanker should be equipped with GPS system. The contractor shall submit route map for proper and effective irrigation and the same shall be monitored through GPS. Cost of any charge/fees paid for buying STP water included in the quoted rate. 6. Providing Maintenance vans and dumpers for removal of Malba/Garden waste etc. The waste has to be disposed off in authorised dumping yard of Municipality. Any charges paid as fees to authorised dumping yard shall be reimbursed separately on production of proof. 7. Providing Manlift, Stairs etc. for pruning of Trees. 8. Providing Road safety devices for carrying out work in tree area basin for proper traffic diversions and Safety. 9. Cost of removal of fallen trees, branches in the stretch after cyclone, strom, rain etc is deemed to be included. The fallen tree so removed shall be the property of Engineer-in-Charge. Such fallen trees, branches shall be handed over to the representative of Engineer-in-Charge at a location, as directed by him. 10. Tree pruning shall be carried out using Manlift (Hydra not permitted) every 3 months after taking due permission from authorities like forest department etc. In case permission is not received and for any other reason, any tree could not be pruned after one month of application of applying for pruning permission, deduction of Rs. 1000 per tree (which is required to be pruned) per month shall be recovered from the agency. (Note : For payment purpose only tree basin area shall be measured).

Pruning, trimming, shaping of trees /shrubs (ht 15 feet and above) i/c removal of cut materials upto 50mt. Lead, as per direction of officer in charge. T&P shall be arranged by the contractor

Providing, stacking and applying of Vermi compost of approved brand in 50 kg. bag packing of bags at different sites i/c loading, unloading and carriage upto all leads & lifts complete as per the direction of officer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Credit for tree cutting,tree falling due to manually or naturally as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
