Supplying and Fixing 120 Watt energy efficient LED Street light fitting Luminaries of rating with high pressure die cast aluminium housing with powder coated with lens, manufacturer logo embossed on the housing (printing/stickers not allowed) IP 66, suitable for operation on 150 to 265V single phase A.C. supply, having system efficiency 110 luman per watt. or more and colour temperature of 5500 K to 6000 K, CRI 70 with driver having power factor 0.95, THD 10% and efficiency 85% potted driver should be IC Compliance, with minimum 10 KV surge protection, LED life shall be not less than 50000 burning hours, complete etc. including connection testing & commissioning etc as reqd.

Godown locks in front ), provision for protection from rain, dust, fixed on M.S. angle iron frame work of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm (NS) 90 cm long legs out of which 45 cm duly grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand: 4 stone aggregate 20) and having following accessories mounted inside the cubical panel i/c connection, inter connection with copper lead / strip with thimbles, earthing with two nos. earth studs duly powder coated with seven tank process approved colour complete etc. as reqd. i/c supplying & fixing of following accessories including connection, testing etc. as read. a) 125Amp. 25 KA MCCB 4 pole (ICS =100% ICU) with thermal magnetic release - 1 No. b 63 Amp. 18 KA MCCB - 4 pole- 4 Nos. Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a) 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Supplying and Laying of XLPE ISI Marked, Aluminium conductor armoured cable in the existing pipe as reqd. a) 4 x 16 sq.mm

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5mtr long x 40mm dia including accessories & providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement with salt & charcoal etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required. along with cable.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm)
