Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window above 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads, uPVC extruded interlocks and uPVC extruded Inline sash adaptor (if required), EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) handle on one side of extreme panel along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear with keeps, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch lock with hook (if required for wire mesh panel), stainless steel (SS 304 grade) body with adjustable double nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 120 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable

Two track two panels sliding window made of (big series) frame 67 x 50 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 2.50 sqm upto 4.00 sqm.)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily

Providing and fixing at all height false ceiling of 4mm thick phenol bonded Bamboo Mat board (595x595mm) conforming to IS:13958- 1994 including providing and fixing of frame work made of GI angle 25x25x0.4 mm thick all around suitably fixed to wall with the help of dash fastener and hanger frame (600x600 c/c) made GI slotted Tee having powder coating on bottom side (30x25x0.3 mm thick for main member & 25x25x0.3 mm for cross member) connected to ceiling with 2.64mm GI wire and anchor fastener at every junction and also including cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick interior grade high pressure laminates in accordance with EN 438-6 EDF. Interior grade high pressure laminates are fixed with double sided adhesive tape which is mounted on to aluminium substructure which are again fixed on to the wall using angle brackets. The aluminum substructure has to be adhered to the national standards and has to be installed in accordance with the manufacturer specifications for the substructure. It should be scratch resistant, solvent resistant, and impact resistant EN ISO 178, self-supporting, Frost resistant, heat resistant and fire retardant.

Providing and fixing PVC interlocking sheet wall panelling of 5 mm thickness having sheet size of (2740x225 mm, 3048x255 mm or more) fixed on finished surface by screw & interlocking with each other and finished with U/L shape PVC beading. The PVC sheet shall be fixed to the wall using 65 mm long MS screws. The distance between two screw shall not be more than 300 mm. The top & bottom of the PVC sheet to be rested on U shape PVC beading having overlapping depth not less than 25 mm on PVC sheet all complete, as per the manufacturer specification & as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing GRC tile of size 230x75x12mm (min.) for wall cladding work upto 10m height over an underiayer of 12mm cement plaster (1:3) furring the under layer with scratching tool and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, and forming uniform groove of size 8mm x8mm including cost of scafolding etc complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
