Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)

Supplying and stacking of Tree Plant

Providing and stacking of Azadirachta indica ( Neem ) of height 120-130cm in big polybag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Bauhinia purpurea (Kachnar) of height 150-165 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Cassia fistula (Amaltash) of height 120-135 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Ficus infectoria (Pilkhan) of height 150-165 cm. in big polybag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. a) All kind of soil.

Supply of vermi compost in 50 Kg HDPE Bags and application/spreading in green area as per manufactures specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Less Credit for used pot of size upto 20 cm Earthen/Plastic Empty Pots as per direction of Officer-in-charge.

Supply and plantation of seasonal plants @ 25 cm c/c in plain area at designated locations consisting of plants variation in different seasons (Winter, Summer, rainy etc.) as Ceneraria dwarf, Marigold Jaffri, Mumulus Multi Branching, Nemesia, Petunia Hybrid, Phlox, Salvia Dwarf, Cosmos, Dahilia, Daisy, Bigonia, Pansy Hybrid, Cladium Hybrid, Portulaca, Vinca, Zinnia hybrid, Mogra etc. The plant should be healthy and full of foliage when planted. Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge i/c removal and disposal of old plants, excavation/preparation of surface for new plants, watering and removal of unserviceable material's all complete as per direction of officer in charge. Note : Name of the variety to be planted shall be get approved from Engineer-in-charge. (The rates are inclusive of cost of plant, cost of water and maintenance for 15 days)

Complete maintenance & Watering/irrigation of entire green belt features i.e., shrubs, hedges, flower beds, foliages, creepers, lawns etc. consisting of following activities: - 1. Hoeing, pruning or shrub/hedge, Hedge Cutting, mowing of green belt, grass cutting, bush cutting etc. 2. Removal of weeds from soil. 3. Removal of green belt waste, silt, malba, Plastic waste, bottles, and other solid waste, dumped by general public in green belt area, sweeping waste deposited in green belt, top dressing of green belt area, 4. Supply & application of manure, herbicides, fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides as per requirement so as to ensure dense greenery as well as dense flowering, as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (Minimum 2-3 applications per year are mandatory). 5. Supply and watering/Irrigation of plants with water from STP (Delhi Jal Board or equivalent) through tanker of capacity 10000 ltr. The tanker should be fitted with adequate capacity motor and the outlet system of water should be through 1.5"inch dia. RH pipe supplemented with shower attachment to reduce water usage and prevent spillage. The water tanker should be equipped with GPS system. The contractor shall submit route map for proper and effective irrigation and the same shall be monitored through GPS. Cost of any charge/fees paid for buying STP water included in the quoted rate. 6. Providing Maintenance vans and dumpers for removal of Malba/Garden waste etc. The garden waste has to be disposed off in authorised dumping yard of Municipality. any charges paid as fees to authorised dumping yard shall be reimbursed separately on production of proof. 7. Providing Road safety devices for carrying out work in Medians and Footpaths for proper traffic diversions and Safety. 8. Cost of removal of fallen trees, branches in the stretch after cyclone, storm, rain, pruning (pruning to be paid separately) etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 9. The fallen tree so removed shall be the property of Engineer-in-Charge. Such fallen trees, branches shall be handed over to the representative of Engineer-in-Charge at a location, as directed by him. The tree branches have to be handed over to Engineer-in-Charge in stackable form.

Complete maintenance & Watering/irrigation of tree area kutcha basin (having only tree and no other shrubs etc.) consisting of following activities : - 1. Complete maintenance of trees, jobs like making of basin at regular interval, application of fertilizer etc, (including the cost of material and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) as per direction of officer in charge. 2. Removal of weeds from soil. 3. Removal of waste, silt, malba, Plastic waste, bottles, and other solid waste, dumped by general public, sweeping, top dressing of area in tree area basin. 4. Supply & application of manure, herbicides, fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides etc., as per requirement and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 5. Supply and watering/irrigation with water from STP (Delhi Jal Board or equivalent) through tanker of capacity 10000 ltr. on PWD Roads i/c central verge and both side of the road. The tanker should be fitted with adequate capacity motor and the outlet system of water should be through 1.5"inch dia. RH pipe supplemented with shower attachment (for Slope/green belt/central verge etc.) to reduce water usage and prevent spillage. The water tanker should be equipped with GPS system. Cost of any charge/fees paid for buying STP water included in the quoted rate. 6. Providing Maintenance vans and dumpers for removal of Malba/Garden waste etc. The waste has to be disposed off in authorised dumping yard of Municipality. Any charges paid as fees to authorised dumping yard shall be reimbursed separately on production of proof. 7.
