Providing services of Blue / Yellow Coloured painted body Mahindra Bolero / Tata 407 or equivalent Mobile Van (CNG BS-VI Model not before 2020) with two sides and top roof covered with M.S. Sheet and pro-viding openable shutter, Hydraulic Operated Trolly with locking arrangement at back side of vehicle with information/display/PWD Logo/ Address painted with retro reflective paint/ retro reflective tape of approved colour and shade at front, both sides and back of the vehicle all complete, for eight hours and upto 50 km per day duty including CNG, Mobil Oil, Driver, four beldars wearing glowing safety uniforms for urgent work, such as opening of bell mouth, cleaning of channels, carriage of materials including loading and unloading for emergency repair of roads, setting right dislocated/disturbed kerb stones, setting right disturbed drain manhole covers, setting right disturbed CC interlocking paver blocks, setting right disturbed railing, repair of small potholes etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, including necessary T&P such as rope, hammer, phawrah, gaiti, bucket, tasla, drum, safety cones etc.Nothing extra shall be paid for taking permission from traffic police, fine imposed for violation of traffic rules etc. and the same shall be borne by the agency

The maintenance van shall be fitted with GPS system. The contractor shall provide smart mobile phone to driver of maintenance van and share driver’s number to the department on his letter head. The contractor will ensure that such mobile phone remain active during the duty times till the completion of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The material required for repairing work shall be issued free of cost by the department. (Deployment of one Maintenance Van along with driver and four beldars/sewerman on 8.00 hours duty per day will be treated as one day). Note:- The Maintenance VAN shall be used in night hours from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM or as to decided by the Engineer-in. Charge.

List of Activities to be performed through Maintenance Van are as under:- (A) Road Carriageway (i) Filling pot holes/ Patches (B) Footpath (i) Refixing of dislocated kerbstone and fixing of missing kerbstone (ii) Refixing of undulated Paverblock/Chequered (iii) Refixing of damaged bollard and fixing of missing tiles and fixing of damaged Paver block Bollard (iv) Repairing of damaged Bell mouth and opening of chocked Bell mouth (C ) Central Verge (i) Repair of Central verge as required (ii) Repairing and refixing of Grill,Height Barrier, etc (iii) Dismantling of Ramp, Removal of Illegal Hordings. (iv) Refixing of dislocated kerbstone and fixing of missing kerbstone (v) Refixing of undulated Paverblock/Chequered tiles and fixing of damaged Paverblock/ chequered tiles (D) Cleaning of block drain/bell mouth/sump etc. during rainy season (E ) Clearing of fallen tree from carriageway, footpath, central verge etc.

Providing & running Tractor PTO driven positive displacement Rotary Lobe Pump of capacity 250-300 cum/hour, 100/150 mm dia suction pipe & delivery pipe having length upto 300 metre, Tractor having speed 540 rpm scalable to 600 rpm at site of work for pumping bailing out drainage/storm water sump, drain, road surface, emergency dewatering etc. including all incidental charges as and when required including carriage of pump, diesel, positioning of pump, engaging operator, Chowkidar and necessary T & P as required for smooth running of pump complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing service of supervisior(for Day/Night) having well equiped with mobile phone along with internet facility to keep watch and daily report of day to day complaints of water loggings on roads under Sub division office such as water over flowing, sewer /drain jam/over flowing etc. and attending the same as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing service of sewerman/beldar (for Day/Night) for opening and cleaning of chocked sewer line drains, manholes, gully traps, road gully chambers, water closets including vertical stacks, rain water pipe, sewer line pipes etc and other similar complaints including providing with necessary T & P as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Hiring charges for providing, installation and running of non clog sewage centrifugal pump capacity of 65 HP with 125 BHP Disel Engine having minimum discharge of 750-800 cum/mtr at head of 8-10 mtr. having suction and delivery of 200-250 mm with approx. 25-30 mtr suction & delivery pipe line (RRL) for round the clock at site of work for pumping out storm water from sump/ stagnated area of road as per direction of engineer-in- Charge. i/c providing suitable starter panel of above pump set. 25 mtrs of 6 crore 6 sqmm copper cable and NRV, Sluice valve with all kind of arrangement at the site of work etc complete as required.

Running Period (Payment shall be made the basis of fuel invoice/bills or as per their actual consumption whichever is less.
